And, intimate things about yourself that you disclosed during the Choices seminar you attended--how do you know what you revealed about yourself will be kept confidential?

Licensed psychotherapists are answerable to the law in this manner. If you go to a therapist, what you say is kept confidential, and your files and records are supposed to be in a secure place, where no one else except your therapist can access them.

Were you given a guarantee, in writing, that anything you discussed during the Choices seminar wouldnot be recorded, would be kept confidential and not be used to influence any decisions you might make during the 11 days, or afterwards?

Ponder what other people revealed about themselves during those 11 days. Imagine the implications if what they revealed is not kept secure and confidential.
