The name of the channel creator is Dale Dicksin, who was on staff in Australia. (I wanted to clear it with her before i posted her name). She has been very up-front about her experiences on staff, and during training. She is also interviewing other ex staff members, who have had their own mistreatment to report.

I hope that people interested in this topic will subscribe to her channel, and Brian Nord's, so they can reach and help more people.
