I'm in the process of applying for a job at the Option Institute and have been alarmed :shock: and intrigued by the comments posted by some people who have worked there. I have yet to meet anyone from O.I. in person, though I must say that my numerous phone conversations with several people there have raised some suspicions. More significantly, viewing the organization's Form 990 and seeing the INSANE salary that the Kaufman's are claiming at this "nonprofit" makes me question their true motivations, along with what's really going on there.

I'm interested in hearing specific comments and views from former employees, a few of whom have posted to this board. Can anybody lend some honest insight?

Option Institute is a destructive cult. Many specific reviews by ex employees on "glassdoor" website.
