I'm currently working on a video about LGATs, and while I can find reasonable detail about the content of Lifespring-related groups and Landmark class content, I'm having trouble finding anything about the original Mind Dynamics classes.

Leadership Dynamics are described in "The Pit", but from what I understand, Mind Dynamics was softer and even dipped its toes into some new-age and metaphysical stuff.

I've also noticed that the immediate descendants of Mind Dynamics, after the breakup, are very similar in content (both PSI Seminars and Lifespring came out at the same time, but they both do the red / black game, staring into each other's eyes, etc).

Is that because Mind Dynamics were essentially Lifespring? Anyone with class details?
