From what I've heard, she has repackaged her Landmark teachings and created a Shadow Process workshop. Anyone had any experiences with her Shadow Process workshop? Would love to hear from anyone who may have attended any of her workshops before I sign up.

She doesn't state her education, at least as far as a quick scan can reveal. Is she a licensed therapist? Which state(s)/territory(ies)? She mentions a lot about spirituality/holiness...is she a formally educated theologian? Do you need to sign a waiver against suing her/the Shadow Process? Do you need to attest to your mental health prior to attending?

This is an LGAT plain and simple and should be avoided at all costs. Save your money and go to a church or synagogue. They are free and can probably put you on the path of spiritual growth with less adverse mental side effects.
