My best friend has been extremely involved in an LGAT for almost a year now. He has attempted to get me to join and we have had many fights about this so he eventually stopped. He recently told me that he has "declared" that he is going to staff the events from Basic through Leadership. I was wondering if anyone knows the difference between staffing and all the voluntering and attending that he has done at events over the past year.

Most LGATs are of a similar format, but staffing is working for the LGAT for free, doing the busywork so the training can go smoothly. This allows the LGAT to keep more of the money while further entrenching the loyal and dutiful staffer, inducting them into being the brainwasher while remaining the brainwashee. Out of curiosity, what training are they involved with?
