From looking at what they say on the homepage there is no doubt in my mind that this is as bad as landmark. They just play it smaller.

Please stay away! I just read in a local paper that a person reports the same problems as with landmark; "I was doing this thing for a short while but became very unbalanced. I developed sleeping problems, money problems and stopped seeing my old friends that didn't believe in it"
