Yes I'm "fair game" alright - the harrassment has

Apart from Ava's numerous email's and faxes about their trademark
claims re [www.scientomogy.info] (which I do not consider
harrassment), it seems the local chapter of the Co$ has decided to
begin a non stop barrage of phone calls, emails, and visits to my home
- at any hour day or night.

The phone calls are always from a prepaid cellular phone and they've
used plenty of different numbers, normally at night from 8pm till
midnight. The first few I was stupid enough to answer but now they just
call and call and call.

When I did speak to "a church member here in Auckland" he kept
insisting over and over that we meet to talk about my "vendetta" with
the church... I explained that my site is about Mr Cruise not the
church and that was extremely clear - and all corrospondence was to be
through my lawyers and Ava - there was nothing else to say.

Then the visits to my home started. Now I have security cameras
stationed at my front door and driveway entrance so I have never
answered the door and therefore cannot be certain it is the church...
but they have my home address and in 8 months of living here never had
unsolicited callers - especially almost daily!

So, I wonder what's next???

Sorry about your harrassments.

I lived similar harrassments from the Miracle of Love.

You can file a sheriff or police report (I did twice)

If you file a Cease and Desist order, in my State you should be able to prove that the harrassments come from them. Otherwise, they could then sue you for harrassing them w/ the Cease & Desist (per my attorney's advice).

About the phone harrassments, even after changing my phone #, they continued. I learned that there is NO law against electronicly placed phone solicitations.

The police would not trace the calls until I went through an elaborate process of tracing the calls back myself. But my calls came from all over the country, often routed through 'disconnected' or 'nonexistant' numbers, so once again could not prove their source.

In the end, I changed my answering maching to the phone co.s v.m., and I unplug the phone at night. Notified my neighbors to keep their eyes out for unusual activities around my home in my absence.

As Rick Ross told me, removing your online words only supports their tactics.

The harrassment gets old though, especially when it takes place in the midst of you dealing with some real life issues - Sort of like living in a constant swarm of gnats. My kids tired of it too; they were initially really frightened by the screamer calls.

It's only harrassment to incite paranoia and anxiety. They won't really do anything like hiring a hitman, because that could be traced to them.

Oh, I suggest you phone the major credit agencies, and put blocks on your credit reports, also your bank accounts and credit cards. I had some fraudulent and threatening activity through my bank accounts that also had to be blocked.

Follow the prompts for victims of credit fraud, or suspected fraud:

TransUnion: 800-680-7289

Equifax: 800-525-6285

Experian: 888-397-3742

Keep up the good work!

Beware of personal emails that seem to come from online businesses, such as paypal, EBay and amazon. The emails will say such things as your account needs updating, in their ongoing efforts to keep accounts current. Or they will claim there are have been fraudulent purchases on your account.

Do not open the links provided by such emails!

These are phoney emails, from others trying to break into your accounts through obtaining your pw's and then accessing your credit card #s.

Fwd such emails to the customer service dept of the appropriate company, by going directly to the proper website, and obtaining the email for such complaints, e.g. "spoof@paypal.com"
