The boss owns the company, so he won't be leaving. Since I planted my feet firmly in the ground and said NO, I have not been approached again. Maybe he consulted an attorney who told him to back off. I am still on the fence of whether to stay or leave. I LOVE the work I do, seriously, I just don't like this conflict. And if it comes to the point where the conflict becomes unbearable, I will have to leave.
