The descriptions of volunteer opportunities available through Robbins Research International merit the attention of everyone who reads this board. I'm posting fair use excerpts below; the full details are available at
Robbins Crew Positions

This is not a leak of secret information. Everything excerpted here is freely available at the Robbins Research International website. [My brief comments on the descriptions below appear in brackets.]

I am also posting a link to Volunteer Match, a wonderful group that offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities nationwide. Might be fun to compare and contrast.

Robbins Crew Community Program
A Force for Good
An Invitation to Pay it Forward

As a graduate of an Anthony Robbins live event, what better way to give back than to help others who are just beginning the journey? Anthony Robbins Crew Community is the ultimate opportunity to take your leadership skills, passion, energy, creativity, insights and talents to the next level as you support participants attending our live events for the first time.

State Inducers

Welcoming strangers into the environment. YOU are the first taste of a new life, hope, dreams, what is possible. You are representative of what the entire experience is all about. Comfort and provide certainty to participants when they are apprehensive. Get release forms signed and know where to send people. Very rewarding position, connect with people and see their transformation throughout the event.

You are NOT sales people, but rather raving advocates of the event. You need to have answers to where things are such as customer service, know the interior of the event hall, rest rooms, each registration area, etc. Remember, even when registration is finished, all crew members are state inducers every time you interact with participants. Be sensitive to their needs.

Qualities: Be able to stay in a high energetic and in peak state. Need to have sensitivity to the feelings of the person you are interacting with, as well as in tuned sensory acuity. Each day tone it up, and when they are tired, be compassionate in bringing them up. At DWD, you want to be checking in with people, making sure they are taking good care of themselves, honoring their needs, water, food, sleep, basics. Smiling often and connecting with people is a plus. It is helpful to be an effective communicator, understand mirroring and matching and be able to adjust to the other person's tone and energy level. Be a quick learner and be able to think on your feet.

Wheel

This is a responsible and trustworthy position as you are in charge of all certificates, prizes, cash, keeping private rosters and syntax, the key for the tumbler, know which prizes are appropriate for each speaker, for example, only Tony gives away largest prize. Test wheel to make sure not weighted. Work closely with Robyn, organize the wheel so it is well balanced by color and prize values, re-directing participants from jumping on Tony, guide them off-stage, write out certificates, work with security, after participant wins, security takes the wheel off the stage and the wheel woman changes the prizes as necessary. Carries an extra set of questions in case security loses them and rips up the questions that have already been asked. You work closely with security and need to follow their directions. Meet ½ hour before doors are open. Make sure participant gives full information.

2 wheel women needed at all times, one stage left, one stage right.

Qualities: Sensory acuity, positive, uplifting personality, quiet confidence, dedicated, committed, responsible, must show up. Trustworthy, not star-struck by Tony, discreet and gives Tony space and privacy, needs to have certainty and act quickly, needs to held accountable.

Physical: Needs to be a woman, physically fit, strong, smile a lot, be a more feminine women, wear dresses and look nice (pretty and conservative), walk briskly and elegantly with participant off stage. Walk well in heals.

Generally this is a hand-picked position.

Handouts

Work closely with production on what handouts are required for the event. There is a Handout Master List for each event. 3 committed people are needed, but during handout time, 8 - 10 people are recruited, usually from the door and usher group. Every morning work with Charles by looking at the syntax and the master list to estimate times for handouts. Work each day with Rick (load in-out) to get the boxes for that day to the back table. Talk to the team trainers to find out how many people are on each team on the first day of the event and how many people are in the room. When forms are anticipated for each team, give the correct amount to each trainer prior to the exercise. Have them sign that they received the handouts. Keep the table clean and orderly.

Qualities: Very organized, precise, cheerful, able to create rapport with the trainers, attention to detail, coachable, good sensory acuity, be able to answer general questions participant's have who are walking by the table, you have to take charge and get the job done, flexibility, and do not taking things personally.

Physical: scoot down and quickly pass out papers, sometimes stand a long time until Tony asks for handouts, sit on floor and get up quickly, you need to be able to hand out papers while crouching over really low and staying out of the camera's view. You are primarily in the room listening to the program. Bending over collating documents, using hands/fingers A LOT. Need to maintain a presence in the room.

Food Service

This is one of those jobs for people with a servant mindset. [In other words, losers.] You must learn what shopping venues are available at each event location, sign people up for the food plan, collect money, balance the budget of what can be spent per day, purchase food, prepare food, clean up after food prep, clean up after participants who don't clean up after themselves. You must balance the needs of vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, junk food eaters, raw food only eaters. The goal is to be congruent with philosophies of Tony Robbin's Living Health. Manifest a vehicle large enough to transport all the food. [The word "manifest" appears to mean that RRI doesn't provide the volunteer with a vehicle.] The job continues late into the night, dishes, etc. You get to meet everybody, talk to every crew member; most people are filled with gratitude for the preparation of the food.

Q - Don't we get to spend time with Tony?

Tony's ultimate outcome is to serve the participants-remember, this is where changing lives begins! Tony couldn't do this without you and he appreciates that you've stepped up to another level, and that's why he makes sure you have one-on-one interaction with his personally-chosen Crew Director. It's important to stay focused on your outcomes too! Why are you here?

[In short, NO. You don't get to spend time with Tony.]

PAY to WORK for a for-profit Corp! Tony Robbins is looking for "Crew"

Who knows where to even begin with this nightmare and farce.

Anthony Robbins UPW - very BAD experience [forum.culteducation.com]

That is an invite to be an unpaid worker for a for-profit company making millions on the event.
You notice the legalese language buried in the text. "you are NOT sales people" is protection against Robbins Inc violating labor laws.
They just use paying customers to do all the work, and they don't have to pay staff.
Get people to work for free and to PAY TO WORK for you.

They also get them to force people to sign the releases, or people can't attend the event.
The entire thing is disgusting.

All of that text needs to be analyzed, as its very carefully written.

"State Inducer" is a loaded language term for Robbinites, it means you are a conscious manipulator of other's emotions.

Notice the event starts with a LOVE-BOMB.

All of that text above, is outlining a series of techniques developed by Robbins over the years, on how to get people to PAY TO WORK.
LGAT seminar leaders love to laugh at companies that PAY people to work, and give them benefits and stuff. They laugh at that.

The LGAT seminar leaders say...I can get people to work for FREE and to PAY to work, pay for their own flights, food, hotels, and use their own vehicles for free, and PAY thousands to attend other seminars.

PAY TO WORK for a for-profit private corporation?

This saves a fortune on paid staffing, and that means Daddy Seminar leader get more profits in his pocket at the end of the day.

'Crew' are victims of the LGAT, but some are sales-sharks in training. Maybe next year they will be the shark behind the table, signing people up for LGAT seminars on commission.
Will come back to this.

PAY TO WORK for a for-profit private corporation?

'Tony couldn't do this without you' ---too true, it sounds a mammoth operation.

'he appreciates that you've stepped up to another level,' ---passed another sucker test?

'he makes sure you have one-on-one interaction with his personally-chosen Crew Director.' ---big of him, in exchange for operating his business scam for free.

'Why are you here?' ---to keep Tony in the style to which he has become accustomed, private islands etc. (shades of Adi Da)
