Emails could be a major factor in case against the three women charged in the gifting table scheme:

U.S. Government attorneys interview hundreds of witnesses in building their case against the three Connecticut women charged in the pyramid scheme.

Amusingly, the three potential-felons are upset at the pressures of the trial hanging over their heads. Funny. I wonder of their victims are "upset". Crooks are stupid.

This is a government link to the pyramid scheme being investigated in Connecticut (USA).

This has much more detailed information than was reported in the news coverage links.

New information of note is detailed information as to how the "Gifting Tables" were organized and more detailed emails. I don't see how these three ringleaders can get away with this if the information the government has is correct.

This type of pyramid scheme is running rampant all over the country. Why I feel this important to document is that if/when the government gets convictions against these ringleaders, this will have widespread, nationwide ramifications.

I will update as more information comes to light and when the trial starts.

The ringleader in the pyramid scheme is out on bond despite tampering with a government witness.

Bello (the ringleader) is beyond arrogant. She seems to believe her lawyer can get her off the hook.

In a phone call to the government witness she demanded that the witness (on old "friend") give her back the "Bag of Cash" she was holding for Bello for 7 years. Huh? Yeah...this doesn't sound fishy at all.

One of the three arrested con-artists just changed her plea from "Not Guilty":

She and her co-conspirators should be spending some time cooling their heels in a federal pen (probably Danbury Connecticut).

Unbelievable that these scoundrels and their fellow un-named junior conartists raked in over a Million Bucks.

It looks like the un-named people have remained out of trouble by returning all their ill-gotten gains to the victims.

Five (5) other women involved in the "Gifting Table" pyramid scheme have paid the State of Connecticut (USA) $202,500 in restitution. The money is going to the State's general funds and no talk at this time regarding restitution of monies to the victims of the fraud.

Notice that the three ringleaders of this scam are awaiting Federal trials which will probably send them to prison.

I will update this thread as the story unfolds further.

Now the defense is saying that calling their clients business "Ponzi Schemes" or "Pyramid Schemes" could cost the ladies a fair trial. The Federal Government disagrees.
