Anyone heard of this organization?

Started off as a real estate venture (MLM) and 'private' stock market. Then it went into offshore business structuring, spyware busting software, content management software...online gambling, music downloads...

I think it started in Sweden or Switzerland -- their online interactive work is quite good however one friend (in banking with many designations) all caught up in it - claims to be doing well and essentially never heard from again...
