Did My Firewall Interfere with a posted being posted.

I realize that all posts are moderated before posting, however I submitted one almost 24 hours ago and others have been posted, in the mean time. Since until I figured out that my firewall was causing issues with me accessing parts of the forum I'm beginning to wonder if it didn't interfere with the post I sent last evening.

Mods or Admin please let me know. If I had/have one in cue.

Why are all posts moderated before posting? Did the Cult Education Forum have a previous problem with unmoderated posts?
