I am intrigued by churches such as New Frontiers that practise "Ministry of Men" and hence justify that all their leaders/elders are male, appointed by God. This in my opinion is open to abuse as I have witnessed particularly against women. Does anyone have any thoughts about this and experience of abuse. Regards to all CJ
