Hi, I own and moderate an online (yahoo group) support group
called "Recovery From Spiritual Abuse". It is a Christian list in
orientation (non denominational). I started the list because I
could not find one that was specifically Christian in outlook.

Non Christians are also welcome to join but we do have a basic
Christian belief system and orientation.

We do not try to force beliefs on anyone and the focus of the
group is not debating beliefs but rather supporting those who
have been spiritually abused in church related or other Christian
settings.

The list is set up as moderated and you have to join the list
as a member in order to post messages or view the archives.

You can subscribe or unsubscribe yourself at any time. You
will have to join yahoo and receive a yahoo id in order to
join the group but any email address can be used.

We now have over 180 members from around the world (most
are from the USA, of course).

Here is the link:

If this sounds like it might be helpful or interesting, feel free
to join. We do have some rules and standards which are
explained at the website and upon signing up.

Due to potential legal concerns, we don't normally mention
individuals or ministries by name. If they are mentioned, I
delete them after a short time from the archives because I
do not want to risk legal action. Otherwise, people are free
to vent, share their stories, feelings, and so on.
