Are we a cult? - the children's island

Dear everyone,
we are planning an intentional community on a remote island that is a parenting experiment at the same tine. What we need to know is if we constitute a cult and what we can do against:

Isolating our younger members from the rest of the world is clearly something that cults do but on the other hand I never heard of any cult that pays exit money to leaving members.
Before you get to angry at us remember that we are only discussing the community on a theoretic level in the moment and are ready to drop the idea if it turns out to dangerous.

I see you never received a reply. What you describe doesn't make you a cult, but certainly could be perceived as pretty strange, and maybe dangerous. Parenting experiments sound very interesting...

We are here to help anyone who is fighting the good fight against McArthurism. We have been wanting to help, but wasn't sure how to do it. We have also been affected by McArthurism through our family...they were manipulated into following this cult by being recruited to visit other churches throughout the world. Our immediate family was hurt by our own family because we wanted to help. We decided to take a stand and not let McArthurism take our power away...we want to act, and not be silent any longer. If there is someone who is willing to take a stand with us, we can discuss further what we would like to do.
