Does anyone know of any cases where someone sued a cultish church and won? I suffered mental and physical abuse as a child, and now, at almost 40, it is still affecting my life. In fact, I've developed a chronic illness, and research indicates that a lot of people who have it have an abusive childhood as a contributing cause.

Hi, No knowledge of specific case against cultish church. I suggest you contact the solicitors handling the Catholic Child Abuse cases. They would be able to advise and I suspect open up the door for many such similar cases as yours. Happy to discuss if you wish but I am not a lawyer. Regards CJ
