Just looking for information on scientology. Does anyone feel that it is not harmful? Im overwhelmed by the information available. It seems to be very useful is assisting some people in healing but then it also sounds to be a destuctive cult.
Can anyone please enlighten me on the dangers and benifits the church poses?
Also how does the church go about collecting people? Is it subtle? Is there a tool they use to draw people in?

themselves? or come in contact with someone who has? How do they get your money? Are there things in particular to watch for? Im asking because of the possibilty that someone i know has already been sucked in and Im wondering if there is there a way I can be steps ahead of them in their thinking? Say things to them as a red flag and then when they hear it they may think twice.

Thanks for any advice

This is a Web site was created by Jeffrey Hadden.

Hadden, now deceased, was essentially a "cult apologist."

See [www.culteducation.com]

He once sought funding from groups called "cults."

See [www.culteducation.com]

Anything on the Hadeen site linked above should be viewed keeping all this in mind.

IMO--not a reliable source for objective information, such as news reports and wire service articles.
