If the government is willing to provide a salary to Moms like many other countries do (afterall, it's "the most important job in the world," right?)....and further if they will pay lifetime support for the children through graduate school....sure, I'm game.

Our planet is way overpopulated. I don't understand how anyone would be encouraging mass reproduction in this day and age, with food shortages, lack of clean water and air, rainforests disappearing, and green grass being replaced by strip malls and housing developments.
