I too filed a complaint with the MTA about the Scientologist recruitment at the 74th Street/Roosevelt Ave Station in Queens several weeks ago.

However, a few days later, I asked an officer if it was legal for Scientologists to be there. He said that at role call that day, his Commanding Officer said that they were not to touch the Scientologists.

I was pretty shocked.
