"Stress Test"

So, I'm a the Springfield Mall in Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., and right there outside the Target, was a little coven of scientologists offering to give the anxious shoppers a free "Stress Test." I can't help myself, and I open up to strangers standing near me, "Hey, that's the scientology cult." After a few laughs, one of the young guys goes down the escalator, and takes the test. Five minutes later he comes back upstairs... he didn't buy the book, but he had been loved bombed.

There are half a dozen of them there and they always have someone taking the stupid test. They have stacks of Hubbard's book, and smiles on their white faces. I've watched them a few times now, and next time Im going to sit with them and take the rap... for a laugh.

But I am amazed that they are allowed to present themselves as "stress testers," when their adjenda is really to hook you into their cult, or at least sell you a book.
