There must be a way to get a law passed to stop these groups from controlling others. There should be public education on how to avoid cults and how to recognize cult recruiting techniques.

This very thing is what I have decided on as a new career path, because of my own experiences with people I know and care about. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet, but I'm very seriously in the process of figuring it out...
And thanks to the Rick Ross forum and all those who bravely post their stories for helping with this process.
