It never ceases to amaze how unoriginal these self appointed gurus are.

Breaking the Arrow against the soft part of the throat was also done in "Powerful Presentations". This seminar was run by "Excellerated Business School" and you had to have done the "Money & You" Seminar first.

I did this "Breaking the Arrow" and the soft part of my throat was very painful for days. However I was lucky, as were the other graduates, that there were no physical injuries.

Psychological injuries were plenty.
