Anyone who knows anything about "brainwashing" systems, knows one of the first things to do is deprive the target of food and protein, as well as sleep and water. Convincing them to deprive themselves of it, is far more effective.

There are some cults who abuse being a "vegetarian" in an unhealthy way, they make people unhealthy and weak, to make them more compliant.

Guys like James Ray are doing all of those techniques, 100% deliberately.

Its looking good for the expert testimony on 'persuasion and influence' techniques:

And the audio recording is in. The defense apparently tried to pass this recording off as simply "words of encouragement"--which the judge didn't buy:

The judge rules that Defense attempts to impeach the expert witness amount to an attack on character and not a questioning of expertise:

And the renewed request for a trial location change is denied:

Things are looking up, live TV coverage from In Session, CNN:

The Salty Droid has a page up where he is posting comment etc on the trial as it happens. As he has a law degree his special profanity-free page on DeathRay and commentary on the trial should be worth following:

One hopes people can see how incredibly SERIOUS this is becoming. Right in the document above on the second page, they are talking about the nature of FREE WILL and persuasion, and human agency.
This is what it is all about.

"mere words"

This is what James Ray, Byron Katie, and hundreds of these other advanced covert persuasion experts are all about.
That is exactly what Byron Katie has said, when she got into some hot water before about doing therapy...its just words...its just a conversation...that is their way of trying to get around what they are really doing to people.

Its about manipulating "free will" and managing it, and ultimately controlling it in other people, to a greater or lesser extent, as possible.
Unconscious influence, covert influence, advanced persuasion techniques, invisible influence...
That is their life work.
They get up early everyday, and study and try new ways of managing other people's "free will". There is no more powerful persuasion technique, than getting others to believe their have made up their own mind, when in fact a complex hidden SYSTEM of thought reform and belief reform has shaped their beliefs and thoughts over many days, months, and years.

If anyone can figure out how to post the text of those documents above, please do. People worldwide have to read and begin to understand what is happening to people, and exactly how these persuasion engineers are doing it, and how far they can take it.

@Anticult, do you mean the legal cases and laws stated in the Yavapai County link? Those are found under Arizona or US laws and are public information. The links can be obtained by going to the State of Arizona statutes and entering that number. Same for the Federal cases. If you want more help, or if you meant something different let us know.

Sometimes it doesn't work, and the trial disappears completely from the playlist when not in session.
