The forensic accountants and accounting fraud examiners are going to eat James Ray alive, not smart to tell Tall Tales to the court.
Note that the propaganda document saying Ray was 4 million in debt is being said to be FALSE.

QUOTE: "When asked whether the document was accurate, Echols responded that it wasn't and said Ray's personal liabilities and assets should have been separated from those of the entities he has created."

They are saying James Arthur Ray's net worth was a "conservative" $2.4 million, not including 1 million that was moved from his accounts.
They are saying James Ray made 5 million in 2008, and want to know where it went, and if the revenue flow from other product sales has been redirected.

Too bad they didn't ask what happened to all the Oprah Effect millions, and where those went.
Too bad they haven't yet investigated how various streams of income from the businesses and related entities are funnelled into various other companies and entities, and moved outside the system.
Notice he has trust funds, created a seperate company to buy his former Beverly Hills mansion.
This is all being done by the seminar Guru book.

Note that there is money invested in various "money-losing enterprises".
They all use shelters, they dump money in and then extract it through the back door with inflated contracts and fees to themselves and their cronies. Maybe the IRS will be looking into it too at some point.

But they try to reframe all of the issues...the Guru, cult tactics, steroid use, James Ray God-complex, death fixation, food water deprivation...

They relabel objective facts as "rumors", and then label their propaganda as "facts" without providing any factual evidence.
James Ray knows how to modify human beliefs, and that is how you do it, by building a series of new "references" for new beliefs. James Ray just fabricates those references.

Guys like James Ray have always happily used deliberate lying as a strategic weapon. Its a war for your mind, applied propaganda. To try to make truth seem like rumor, and to make lies appear as facts.
James Ray know the human mind can believe anythng, so the objective is to to completely warp the perception of reality of their followers, so they literally don't know what's real anymore.

Quantum Shift = SHIFT assets out of your name, into shell corporations which you control.

Then you can drain those shell corps into other shells corps you control while holding minor positions.
Works great, until you make enough mistakes and the house of cards collapses, and they call in the forensic accountants and accounting fraud examiners.

He is now play-acting he is being victimized by the system.
He is faking a limp to make people question if he's been beat-up in jail.


Its all bullshit. Paris Hilton did a better fake act when she was in jail, she probably was scared.
James Ray is NOT really scared...YET.
As soon as James Ray gets off camera, his entire posture and demeanor will instantly shift right back to legal strategy and trying to get his bail reduced, so he can get out of jail, go bankrupt, get a mistrial, and then go back to making money.

He would be extremely angry and raging currently, and feeling very strong and confident. (for now).
James Ray is not baring his sad-sack soul in those pictures.

He is trying to portray himself as the victim of the system, when of course he is the perp.

James Ray is quite an accomplished manipulator.
This is part of what has been said about James Ray in these threads for 3 years now. People have terribly misunderestimated this guy, yes he is a reckless maniac who's greed drove him to hurt people and have them die at his seminars.
But he knew that, he carefully planned that.
Part of his propaganda posted on his own website, says he told people some people could DIE during his seminars. He doesn't care if some people die, he wanted death to be part of his seminars, as stated in his own documents. Death, some people DYING was part of his seminars.

And now he is going to play-act he is a sad-sack victim, to emotionally manipulate his followers.
The instant the camera is off, its back to work, to try to get out, go broke, get off the charges, and get back to doing seminars.
James Ray has made a conscious CHOICE to stay in jail and not post bail.

And believe this, Ray's followers are going to PAY PAY PAY financially. He would still have a number of wealthy followers, and those people are going to be milked dry. Every LGAT Guru has found and kept a number of very close followers who have family millions, and they rob them blind.
These are the people James Ray is also targeting with his cheap courtroom theatrics.

And by the way, its not strange at all for an LGAT Guru to buy their mansion using a corporation, because then they use most of the house for business meetings/gatherings, and write that off as an expense, and its not in their personal name. Or that is how they promote it, we'll have to see if it holds up.
