I went to Israel in '95 after Shlomo Carlebach died and lived with Yeshua Witt and h is family. Ran out of luck there, was attacked by his next door neighbor. Did a tour of the hostels in Jerusalem.
I had little money and the Christ Church which runs the Immanuel bookstore by the Jaffa Gate took me in after FORCIBLY converting me to Christianity.
I didn't even need to do this as the US gov't had a repatriation loan ticket for me. I left went back to the states, landed in the Catholic Shelter in New brunswick. They found out about my foray into the church and tried to get me to attend a congregation. I told them to take me to the hospital.
This whole thing between the Jews, Christians and Moslems is killing me.
