It is with great respect for your work that I come to you with this information about an organization that has never been reported to you.

I am a part of the community of satanists who respect the writings of Anton LaVey. I own a website called Thesitic Satanism and Magick and I do not run an organization..My website only contains information and articles on Satanism and magick. Those who are in the Satanic community uphold a standard of responsibility to the public. This is why organizations like the Temple of Set, and the Church of Satan have survived for so long and are a standard for Satanists worldwide.


Because I spend time in research of Satanic information, I am aware of the activities of these Satanic groups and peoples. Since I have been involved in satanism for over 14 years, I am privy to information that is not readily available, or understood to the general public.

Within the Satanic community is a cancer that has existed for many years and this organization is called the Joy of Satan [ [www.joyofsatan.org] ].This cult organization is a threat not only to underage minors, but also they promote so many things which are illegal such as drug use and pedophelia.

The tragedy with this group is that they use the name of Satanism to gather members and to funnel thier money from the non-profit tax exempt organization in order to fund the National Socialst Movement, [the neo-nazi effort]. [ [www.johnnyleeclary.com] ]

Mr Ross, this is a serious organization that keeps growing in the underground of the internet. We satanists who are legitimate, (and I know you will probably argue that point) can only sit back and watch while the leaders of the JOS gather the youth of America and around the world to promote thier secret nazi agenda.

What I am about to reveal to you is an operation on a massive, worldwide scale. The leader of the Joy of Satan is a woman named Maxine Dietrich (her pen name is modeled after the leader of the original nazi movement). Maxine Dietrich [who's legal name is Andrea Herrington] is married to Clifford Herrington who was the former leader of the NSM. After the NSM discovered that he was involved in "Satanism" they kicked him out of the organization, but he has since formed his own chapter of neo nazis by gathering select members from the JOS, and giving these teens and adults in the JOS position and rank within the neo-nazi movement.

Since I have studied Satanism for so long, I know what is historically accurate and what is not when it comes to occult study. The website, is the home base for these activities, and within this website are many files which were copied and plagarized from other authors. It has also been said that
the writings on the JOS are a spin-off of scientology with a neo-nazi twist. These writings have effectively gotten the attention of those who seek satanism but sadly, they also serve as a gateway for the NSM to find new members.

According to a member of the JOS, they boast over 7,000 members worldwide, with thier home base which is Tulsa, Oklahoma. The JOS and thier radical political activists even have bases in South America, and in Africa. The bases in South America are lead by group leaders who have yahoo egroups online and also they host websties which are gateways to the JOS site. The group in Africa claims to be involved with the Black Panthers.

The Joy of Satan website talks about many things which are innapropriate to minors, and specifically aimed at teenagers. Through this website they are effectively gaining members for the neo-nazi [hitler] youth under the guise of Satanism. In one of thier pages Maxine talk about cutting one's self for blood, a guide on how to masturbate for teens [ inside the e-group for teens], and in other pages she talks about ways to hide these activities from parents [ [www.angelfire.com] ].

Maxine uses other members to run her e-groups, one for adult members and another group called "Teens for Satan". [ [www.angelfire.com] ] Both of these groups act as gateways for neo nazi recruitment and activities.

Another member, the High priest known as Salem Burke [ www.salemburke.com ] has a website where he details a story on having sex with a chinese girl, a minor. This page is called "The Orange Chapter" [ [www.geocities.com] ] and it has been on the internet for years, and even though Salem Burke has been confronted with allegations of molestation, he still keeps the Orange Chapter page on the internet.

Salem Burke has a page on youtube as well [ [www.youtube.com] ] - and he posts comments on other people's videos, telling others to use crystal meth in order to get a better experience with "satanism". No where, in any legitiamate and law-abiding Satanic organization [such as the Church of Satan] are such horrible and illegal activities condoned.

Another member, named Cecily Robbins was ejected from the JOS because of her activities which included being caught having cybersex with a minor.

In fact, most of her website is aimed at teenagers and all of her writings clearly do not follow or associate with the modern Satanic teachings of Anton LaVey, which calls to attention the fact that this group is not Satanic, by any standard of the modern-day definition.

Clifford Herrington is the man who is married to Andrea Herrington. He was a well-known leader for the NSM in the midwest. Clifford Herrington also has a criminal background and he fled from another state into Oklahoma in order to avoid charges of molestation of a 12 year old girl. Clifford Herrington is also known for being the former leader of the NSM and the new leader of the reformed NSM which has many members.

The Joy of Satan also enjoys a tax-free status as an organization. Maxine sells plagarized books from her website, and takes donations in order to fund the activities for the joy of satan, from which every bit of that money goes into funding the nazi effort. [www.angelfire.com]


You may wonder how I have come across all of this information. I have spent two years gathering information and putting it into a text file. This information was gathered from websites, testimonials of former members, and by investigation and hard work that I have done in order to expose this group who masquerades as "satanic" in order to gain members for the nazi front.


I have worked hard, as well to make this group known to the IRS, to local authorities and to groups that may help the situation. So far, I have had no response from the JDL (the Jewish Defense League), whom I wrote to and released the file to. The JDL works to combat neo-nazi and anti-semetic groups.

I have written to their webserver [lycos] who has also done nothing. I have also contacted Yahoo Groups, who has done nothing, either. They are clearly in violation of the Terms of Service from yahoo and from Lycos, with thier hate promoting materials, sexual abuse of minors, and hate speech.

I have also notified local authorities such as the local newspapers and television news stations in Tulsa and I have gotten no reply. Perhaps they thought that my words were a joke, or this group is so big that the local government does not want to do anything about it.

So far the IRS has not responded, even though it is clear that they are breaking the law by taking their donation money which is supposed to fund non-profit groups and is funding the NSM instead.

Recent inside information from an ex-high ranking member of the JOS nazi teen group states that Clifford Herrington is collecting funds from the non-profit JOS in order to build a stockade of weapons to use against the government in an attempted violent coup.

Once again, I would like to mention that because I am involved in Satanism I hear the chatter on the internet about what this group does. Those who are on the outside of Satanism have no idea what is really going on.

Mr. Ross if you are interested in investigating this group, I would be more than happy to provide you with detailed information on the inner structure of the group, its activities past and present, the names and contact information of the leaders of the group, the lists of websites on the internet that are connected with the Joy of Satan, and other testimonials of activities that have been a part of this underground internet group. I just hope that this group will be exposed for what they are and I seek justice for those who are being abused. Please help. This cult is dangerous, the leaders are controlling, and there is the potential for extreme violence.

Have you seen the youtube videos about JOS. Most people see them as a joke.

From what I understand (according to a poster on some occult forum) Maxine is pocketing about $10,000 from her website. In my opinion it has become nothing but a money making business.

They seem totally ignorant in what they are teaching to their followers. Especially in regards to "Enki" etc.
and they know squat about the occult IMO.

Yes, I agree 100%, much of what they teach inside the group can easily be disproven as false through research and a little common sense..Let alone the die-hard belief in Zech Sitchin[who was a Christian, by the way]..If you do a book search on the Library of Congress catalog number that she puts on her website, you can see the number matches the Library of Congress catalog number of a book on "Lawn Tennis"..im not joking, try it someday..

The youtube videos have been entertaining, but this really is nothing to laugh at. This group targets teens and thats why it's so dangerous and I dont think that it is right that non-profit orgs with non-profit status should be funding criminal activities...Its a sad world...

Is this a case of sour grapes if you are satanist why would you care what another satanist group does afterall your all for chaos debauchery and the general Gnostic notions of " MAN/WOMEN IS HIS/HER OWN GOD" so why do you care? There are a few former members that have met Maxine and found that she was nothing but a closet NAZI and that she is extremely jealous (especially if someone claims to have any pranormal success) and very controlling.

No, this is not a case of sour grapes. The JOS is not even a satanic organization, its a cover for the neo nazi front. Satanism did not exist until 1969 when Anton LaVey wrote the satanic bible. The freemasons, were freemasons and if you had actually researched your history [not your conspiracy theory history] the masons began in Egypt. Egypt, was not satanic and neither are the masons or the illuminati. Satanism did not exist until 1969, long after WW2. Nazis actually used occult theories but "occult theories" are not satanic, they are occult. The theories they used were not satanic in the least, as they have been based on many different sources. For instance, are you the type of person who would label astrology as satanic? In fact, as I can see you perhaps are the type to label anything occult as "satanic" I suggest you do some research if you are going to talk about organizations, occultists and thier histories.

The OTO was created by aliester crowley and it was modeled on the teachings of the Golden Dawn. The OTO has nothing to do with satanism, nazism or the illuminati, it was the teachings of Crowley.. Again, since satanism did not exist in crowley's time, he was not a satanist. He was a ceremonial magician and if you had studied his works in stead of believing the hype you would see the many, many christian references in his works....

No sour grapes here. I do not consider myself a "satanist" nor do I care enough about JOS's Maxine Deitrich to be jealous of. From what I have reserched so far JOS its nothing but a neo NAZI front that preys on teenagers. Which should be exposed to the public for good reason.


As for the Freemasons you should do some actual research Ozziecynic. Freemasons are not satanic. They are essentially an organisation that believes in one god dispite the difference in religions around the world. They are not controlling the world as some conspiracy nuts are perptuating over the net (like give me a break).

As for the OTO there is no link between them and the Thule Society. Only a few NAZI leaders were mainly into occult symbolism and astrology. Infact the NAZIS later persecuted occultists and had them sent to concentration camps.
As for Crowley he was a publicity seeker. Like what Blueskies said he was a ceremonial magician. His teachings was based mainly on the Golden Dawn which focused heavily on the Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism).

Correct you are Keir. ozzycynic is using too broad a brush to paint "freemasonry" with. The Freemasons use what ever deity is popular in that region. Example, modern freemasons in Japan would have Buddhist texts on their alter, in Israel they would have the Torah, in Saudi Arabia they would use the Koran. The Freemasons "roll with it" where ever they go, they have no one "god" figure, so this may be a reason for the nutty conspiracy theories call them satanic.

Now, if satanism was the major religion of, lets say, "Boo-Boo-Land" (a fictious nation) then, yes, the satan bible (or whatever it is called) would be on the alter.

Now to defend ozzycynic on the "evil/satanic" Freemasons charge he/she makes, I have heard of an investigator of Freemasonry who lived in England and made claims that the "higher ups" in Freemasonry (only a handfull of guys) know the "true" name of god, that being a combination of three cultures of deities. I believe that either Baal or and ancient Egyptian deity's name...I read this over 15 years ago, so I don't remember. I do remember that this investigator wrote the book and was later found murdered (supposedly) on some bridge in London where masonic betrayers were supposed to be killed...

Further research into this only clarifies that Maxine has misstated the number 12-16457 (which is entered into the Library of Congress catalogue search as 12016457, the call number for the book on Lawn Tennis) as a Library of Congress Number or LCN. The fact is that this number is actually a copyright registration number, which has nothing to do with the Library of Congress but instead can be found here:
