So looks like anything with the SM logo will no longer be produced and made as supposedly it's disrespectful for one to sit on the logo(like on pants or whatever) What this is doing is causing an artificial demand for initiates to buy up as much SM stuff as it is now "rare and no longer made" CLassic boiler room. Probably also serves to clear out old inventory from centers and inject some quick cash into the system.
Also, because she is a "living master" all her imagry is also "living" and thus disrespectful to throw out/recycle etc. One must burn the imagry or bury it. Which is king of weird because if I was a "eco friendly" master, I would ask to have anything out dated to be recycled, not burnt(more pollution) or buried(more pollution). This goes for any pictures/logos etc. Also, one cannot publicly display the SM logo like bumper stickers etc any more.
My family members requested back any pictures or art and jewlery so they can hoard it I assume. They can have it.
Finally, from what I hear, there are open retreats in France again(quick and easy money).
Anyhow, with the end of SMTV, it seems as if things are a bit more hard to learn about as the only communication is done at the centers unless a scandal breaks out in a publication or something. Seems a bit more reclusive now. I assume with the cash cow of the loving huts(unfortunately quite a few are failing and shutting down) and the sale of merchandise, she is probablly bank rolling it all, purchasing real estate and living the high life.

Is Ching Hai initiation same as this in terms of reference to Master taking on Karma and obeying the law of the master? Also , in reference to refraining from sex and wedlock, is this also a vow to be taken when joining this group? It sounds like a very conservative approach to sex in such an area, given the type of people she may want to attract.
Also on the subject of sexuality , can anyone advise of their stance towards gays as it is not broadcasted greatly and it seems new age believers are more liberal......

Ching Hai intentionnaly appears to be very open on sexual matters. Of course if she was not, it would be difficult for her to attract people.

But as we demonstrated many times before in this thread, and as in many other cults, there is a gap between official speech and what is said inside the cult, to disciples (and may vary from a disciple to another depending on their "spiritual level"). For exemple, in her public conferences and her multitude of official websites, she pretends that all religions are the same, equal, and that everybody is welcome and can keep his/her belief when practicing the QuanYin Method. But in fact when you analyse the disciples speech (on forums, or direct discussion) you quickly notice that in their eyes, there's nothing spiritually higher than Ching Hai and her method, and Ching Hai is better than Jesus, Mahomet, Buddha, etc... which are, actualy, interesting but vain believes. They are only useful for Ching Hai to demonstrate that all are the same, and that she is the all-in-one. Which means that if you had to keep one belief, that would be Ching Hai.
About homosexuality, she also pretend to be very open. But is she? No she's not. In most of cults, the leader has to be as restrictive, discriminative and coercive as possible. As you can notice in the email leaked by NoMaster on April 26, 2011 [forum.culteducation.com] . It would be hard to explain for a disciple, don't you think? Contradictory speeches are also very common in all cults in order to destabilize disciples, and break the logical thinking. Finaly, only the Master speech prevail, whatever it is, it's undiscussed.

What a organized fraud by Ching Hai.
So either Ching Hai has hired a company to spam the internet making countless reposts of her advertising while lying and posing as a real person, which is a lie, which is fraud.
Or someone on Ching Hai's internet staff was ordered to do this.
So it looks like they are using a software robot that goes and registers and posts?
So someone on Ching Hai's staff has gotten a hold of a bot program to do this.
And of course Ching Hai approves, she ordered it. Ching Hai is a master of deception.

I am an initiate of Master Ching Hai. I daresay that I have not always agreed with her teachings. In fact, I have been very openly critical of her (and fellow initiates) on many occasions. Yes, if I had known her personally, I probably would have even argued with her and received one of her infamous, almighty scoldings!
Over time though, I have come to the conclusion that overall most of what she teaches is positive, at least intended to be beneficial or can be used to serve ethical purposes, PROVIDED THAT YOU USE YOUR OWN DISCRIMINATIVE WISDOM AND DO NOT SIMPLY FOLLOW ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT RESONATE WITH YOU.
I have also realised that whenever I was being very critical of others, I was getting distracted from my original goal of joining the group, which was self-improvement. These days I’m trying to focus more on rectifying my own unpleasant qualities than examine others.
I do agree with the 5 precepts and the meditation she has taught is the best thing I’ve ever experienced. I wish I had found the meditation earlier in life. Even though, I may never completely agree with all of her teachings, I would confess that some of her methods have actually saved me from serious harm and helped me avoid a lot of unnecessary suffering. I shall always be so grateful for this and for not having to go travel far or overseas (like India) to learn the meditation.
