It asks above on the Ching Hai card, are you committed to doing WORK...and living anywhere?

If they don't have all the proper work visa's for each country, that is quite obviously not legal, and would be migrant smuggling, if people crossed borders under false pretenses, to "work".

Who pays the Ching Hai workers expenses in these countries?
If they are not paid a salary, who pays their room/board? That is a salary.

And you can't just move people into various countries, and put them to work, paid or not paid.
That would have to be put to experts, whether or not its illegal to move people around the world to do "work".

Complaints and questions could be put to the UN contact above, to start.

Is it possible to get those links above, of those images, like the info sheet from Ching Hai, uploaded right into the thread using the attachment link at the bottom of each post?
Because those types of documents tend to get disappeared very quickly.

Since december 2009, Ching Hai forbid her followers to repeat her name as a mantra during meditation. Maybe because of accusations that she suggest a cult of personality. What do you think? :)

I found something quite interesting : the Paris Center's official contact who appologize for a "big mistake" : forwarding to followers a email that followers were not supposed to read.
It's interesting because it may be linked to the "lifelong residents application form" that we leaked before [forum.culteducation.com]
Could it be also linked in a way with Ching Hai's activities on that mysterious island? It seems Ching Hai is very busy building a kingdom somewhere (that's maybe the reason why she neglects her followers since the last few years, only giving conferences by webcam AND phone) (please someone explain to Ching Hai that webcam have an integrated microphone, so using a mobile phone is maybe not necessary to make followers believe that she's really talking to them... ;)

Since I was the only one attending the retreat during 13th - 16th from London centre, I feel obliged to pass on what I heard and learnt from our master during the retreat.

Apart from planting trees and growing vegetables to prepare for the worst, our master also said that we still need to do our best to get the message across, we need to continue distributing the SOS leaflets; if we have the financial resources we should try to open more veg restaurants like Loving Huts, if not we can make veg lunch boxes from home and sell them at cheaper price, following the examples of some sisters from Taiwan and mainland China.

Our masters said during the early hours of the 16th Dec very seriously about the two possible outcomes of humanity :

First of all, if the world starts to listen and change their diet, everything will be fine, later maybe we can buy a bigger piece of land and stay together with her freely, but we need to work hard to have this come true;

The other outcome is that the world continues to ignore the message and continues killing animals and eating meat, in this case by year 2011, major catastrophes would have wiped out many big cities on this planet. She said that in case any of us survived, we should carry on practising with or without her. She praised the initiates from the earthquake struck area in Sichuan Province in China, saying that as long as we have compassion and faith, we will be looked after by God, as although tens of thousands people died during the earthquake, none of the initiates was hurt (prior to this one of the sister reported that in her city there were around a hundred of them, safe and well from the earthquake they joined in the rescue effort and provided veg meals to the casualties). However as spiritual practitioners we don't cling to this physical life, even if we die there is nothing to be feared, as the master will be there no matter wherever we go after this life.

2.Sumit all her earlier buddist ‘Monk’ (before she started growing her hair) like photos,vedeos..etc. Perhaps the center wants to destroy evidence of Her being a ‘Monk’ before.

There is also a mail where Ching Hai ask her followers not to pray for money, for her to bear their karma, or... for health.

So, don't pray for your health, Ching Hai will not help you... but please pray for Ching Hai's health!

Whenever a Guru gets in trouble, they always always leak something about the Guru being "ill" and needing prayers. Always.
Its a transparent attempt to evoke sympathy from their followers, or to distract them.

How many of us, when we are sick or ill, ask our family, friends, and co-workers to help us in that way? No one.
A normal person does the opposite, and says they are doing ok, and tries not to dump their burdens on others. Its very selfish and self-centered to dump your troubles on other people like that.

But not Ching Hai.
She doesn't tell anyone what her alleged sickness is. Does she have a cold or cancer? She doesn't say, as that is going to make her followers WORRY for Ching Hai. She just wants to make her followers nervous and anxious, and get more attention from them.
Byron Katie has done this, over and over, even using a fake exaggerated CANCER SCARE on her followers. [forum.culteducation.com]

When Guru's get in serious legal or PR trouble, they always get some fake illness, to try to evoke sympathy.

As far as chanting Ching Hai's name. That was probably due to criticism that Ching Hai is creating a cult of people chanting her name.
But changing the mantra, and giving rules that conflict with eachother, that again is standard Guru stuff, to confuse people and keep them off-balance.

But as far as chanting Ching Hai's name for 2 hours, it doesn't really matter if people are saying her name, or the other Ching Hai syllables. They are thinking about Ching Hai, her picture is on her wall, and that kind of repetition is going to create mental associations to Ching Hai on a daily basis, as designed.
Ching Hai has taken bits and pieces from many sects, and customized them for herself.

There is very important information in this thread, for anyone who may be getting lured into the Ching Hai group.
