MORE TESTIMONIAL FROM EX-MEMBER ...I TAKE THE LIBERTY OF TAKING OUT A FEW WORDS HERE AND THERE ...AS THEY MAY NOT BE ACCURATE WITH THE INFORMATIONS WE NOW HAVE ABOUT BITLER CULT IN 2018.
The lives of 'advanced disciples' is pretty nice. Living in their so-called Meditation Centers, with slave labor for the upkeep and chores, donations coming in .., the power trip of having people bow down them.

So yes, you wonder how it took you 8 years to get out, when 1 year should have been enough? I have no answer for that yet, as it took me a good 10 years to come to my senses, and even then it took another couple of years to re-adjust my brain and my heart.

I too saw people give up HUGE amounts of money and personal property to Chris Butler. I think maybe those people stick around so they don't have to face what a huge mistake they made, they SO need it to be real to justify giving away the farm. I think I stuck around a lot longer than I wanted to, just to avoid facing that I had made a huge mistake. It is never pretty to admit to yourself how badly you have been tricked.

The next generation of these original devotees are quite a f*cked-up lot. They grew up with parents who put a stranger first, parents who swapped partners fairly regularly, parents who did not care to ensure any stability for their kids while they were giving it all away to CB. The kids who did not rebel were married off young so they could produce more slave labour, and the kids that did rebel, had to start all over making their way in the world with nothing. Some of them are doing really well, some..not so much.

I do think that CB needs to be exposed for taking people's money and property. I know you feel that people *should* have free will to make their mistakes and move on, and sure....religion is always a minefield, and people get hurt. This thinking, however, is just a way to deflect responsibility for abuse from the perpetrator, Chris Butler and his minions, and on to the victim. Free will is only free when a person knows what is really going on. As you say,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE A...B...C...OF THE CULT THAT AS FAR AS WE KNOW IS STILL GOING ON IN 2018

The members refer to their headquarters in Hawaii as Site. Members of the cult worldwide recognize this pseudonym as it means the current residence of Butler.

Butler is a extreme conspiracy theorist(he believes there are assassins out to kill him)

Butlers step son(a tall attractive asian-american male whose name coincidentally is Siddha, which is Butlers spiritual name too) is known to be extremely hot-headed and can become physically violent.
Some members of the cult are willing to speak as long as you don't come across as a reporter, the danger of being exposed as a snitch to Butler is too great of a risk: physical/legal threats, abandonment by family or banishment from island. While banishment sounds like sensationalism, most of the cult members income come from a network of low-level businesses run by senior members of Butler's cult. Therefore if the Butler finds a member offensive to him, his senior member will fire the offender and given the near poverty level of the person + the expense of living in Hawaii, he/she would be forced to leave. This has happened before to people found offensive, multiple times.

Butler discovered ISKCON, and brought his followers to surrender to ISKCON's guru, AC bhaktivedanta swami. Once AC bhaktivedanta died in the mid 1970's, Butler decided he was enlightened and started initiating disciples in his own lineage. He fed his new found disciples stories of AC bhaktivedanta's great love for Butler and how AC considered butler to be a "pure lover of krsna(god)". Butler enlisted Katyayani dasi, his longtime friend, in helping his mission but things soon died out in a power struggle, which culminated recently in a direct command from Butler to his members "not to in any way come into contact or seek out contact with katyayani dasi or her students/disciples".

Since the early 1980's Butler has claimed to have extreme environmental illnesses that could kill him, yet it seems improbable as he lived in india for at least 6 months and in the moldy/mildew forests of Kauai. Furthermore, a conversation with a previous doctor who is an ex-cult member has diagnosed Butler's illnesses to be completely somatic and has further alluded that Butler appears to be a high-functioning schizophrenic/sociopath.
Butler own's mansions and property internationally, purchased through the profits of his devotees "devotional service". He and his family(daughters husbands and grandkids) reside between his 3 homes in Lanikai, each multi-million dollar properties. This is only a minute look into the magnitude of which he exploits his followers, who live in garages and out of cars. Some of the "serious students"(defined as those who are willing to devote their lives to Butler) live in tents in members yards.(THAT WAS UP THE 1990 IES ..NOT IN 2018)

6.1 Last info for this post: The health clearance system for those who live on "Site"(Oahu). Members are divided into groups labeled: A, B and C. Members who are C's are allowed to go into public places without mask's on, basically this is the bottom of their caste system. C's are allowed to hold jobs in which they interact with the public; they can work at Down To Earth. There are incubation periods in order to move up classes and these periods can range from a week to 3 months.

6.2 B members are restricted to only going into public places out of necessity: shopping for groceries, thrift stores, food drives or Shopping for A's. Members who are labeled B's have to wear surgical masks in public places, as well as disinfecting everything when they return home: wash clothes, shower, sanitize bags and cars/mode of transport. If you have ever shopped in Kailua you will definitely have encountered B's before. If a B member comes within 30 ft of a C member, they are demoted to C class.

Class A members are not allowed any public interactions and are hindered from coming within a 50 ft radius of a member who is C class. Class A members typically are engaged in personal servitude to Butler: His cooks, med-large private security(mostly young, impressionable males), his family, secretary and certain administrators for his various "projects". If an A member gets sick, they are demoted to a C: if a A member comes within 50 ft of a C, they become a C class member.

Butler's class system is reminiscent of a totalitarian pseudo-capitalist regime: The majority of his followers are C's, while their B class(think middle class) is a small margin. Think 150 C members, 30 B members and perhaps 20 A members. The A members have all living expenses paid for, work 6 hrs a day and most live close or on the beach in private residences paid for by Butler. While anyone can theoretically can become an A class member through making it through the incubation period, they have to be first approved and cleared to serve Butler, making the upper echelon very hard to reach.

It is a lot of information but hopefully it sheds light on what is going on. I have taken great pains to find this info and and slowly condensing everything I have learned: I have information on a large number of their organized locations: local, national and international. I also have a large amount of info on senior members and "disciples" as well as information on the scandalous dealing(s) between Mike Gabbard and his congress race against Congressman Ed Case. I Highly recommend observing their weekend "picnics" at the beach's listed: just be sure to maintain a low profile as they are very paranoid.

It is time that Chris Butler AKA Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa Prabhupad comes into the light.

MORE INFO ON THE ABC
LOL! The system always existed and many lived it, are still living it, it just wasn't called A, B, or C. You knew where you stood.
One exer recently shared with me how he got propelled from day one into the inner circle due to the fact that he was sent to Hawaii to open a record store. It was funded by drug dealers from southern California. The merit was not on his spiritual advancement, but his ability to support Butler and propel his record (which was in pre-production). Of course the rationale was to give the world Krisman. He remembers a "grade C" follower commenting on how she had been working her ass off for years and "this guy flies into Kauai and overnight it's all just peachy". Well, the deal fell through and no record store was opened. The guy liked women too much and quickly ended up on the D list. He's doing very well today. Escaped in the 70's. Unfortunately, he lost a wife and kids to the cult. Like so many, had to rebuild a life all over again.

MORE ON THE TREATMENT OF DISCIPLE OF BUTLER
I remember the first time I was scheduled to meet CHRIS BUTLER at his home. I think it was about 1974 or 5.
I was waiting in the adjoining room and I could hear him screaming at the top of his lungs at one of his longtime slaves.
I did go in and talk to him after the poor slave left with his tail between his legs.
He seemed to be energized by the previous encounter. I told him not to yell at me because I already had a drill instructor in my past and I would react badly.
I am so glad I got out when I did.
But still....it took years for all of the brainwashings to wear off and for me to see clearly.

5 Things You Should Know About Chris Butler new
Posted by: Vera City ()
Date: July 02, 2012
THIS POST BY VERA CITY IS A GREAT EXPLANATION OF THE A to Z concerning the BUTLER CULT .
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CHRIS BUTLER

This is my list of the 5 things people should know about Chris Butler and his dangerous cult. I am sure others on this forum have their own list. My list comes from reports and friendships with exer’s who have escaped his clutches over the years. I have also formed my conclusions from primary historical sources such as transcripts and cult correspondences. Therefore, anyone considering joining this cult should be very cautious and consider the experiences of those who have lived under the Butler domain for a few years to decades.

1. Chris Butler is a charismatic, narcissistic, con man. He has no special pipeline to a g0dhead. He is a self-appointed guru who only cares about his own comfort. He has deluded himself and his followers into believing that he is some sort of Christ, Guru of the Universe, or Messiah for all time. In reality he is paranoid, chronically feigns illness, and displays many phobias. He lives in fear of the world. He has become increasingly secretive and reclusive over the years. He simultaneously loathes but is irrevocably dependent on his followers. He is trapped in the fable of his own making.
2. Chris Butler enjoys the power he obtains from manipulating thousands of followers to do his bidding. He is the penultimate puppet master pulling the strings behind many businesses and political campaigns. He has created a sophisticated network, based on the lies he has perpetuated about himself that brings adulation and millions of dollars yearly.
3. Chris Butler has destroyed many marriages and families who have sacrificed their years, life savings, labor, time, opportunities, and educations, for his selfish purposes. The children of serious followers are shipped off to a school in the Philippines for further indoctrination and isolation from society. They are all fooled into doing this by believing he is g0d’s representative and pure servant. They are brainwashed into believing that by serving Butler, even by eating the spit off his plate will purify their souls.
4. Chris Butler has made up his own theology that bears little resemblance to the Gaudiya Sampradaya, the disciplic succession of which he claims to be a part. He draws authority from this line but breaks many of their principles. He forbids his followers from reading the works of gurus in his supposed line. There are many examples of his deviations; one being that after he took sanyassi (a life-long commitment to serve as a celibate monk) he breaks this vow to marry the wife of a follower who has children. There are no new public writings or photographs since the 1980’s. His books and videos are paltry examples at best of Vaishnavism. His followers live a life of censorship. They are forbidden to associate with non-Butlerites or hear different points of view. Butler’s debates are not based on knowledge but on straw man arguments.
5. Chris Butler is the ultimate taker who gives nothing in return, except for methods and mantras for people to self-hypnotize themselves into thinking that serving Butler is the highest purpose in life. He preys on the lost, the curious, the idealist, the naïve, and takes no responsibility for the damages in his wake. He does not care for anyone except for what he can gain from them.

I could write an essay on every point that follows. It is a good guideline to help avoid falling into Butler’s cult. From this information it is easy to ascertain that Chris Butler is a very dangerous cult leader.

By Rick Ross, Expert Consultant and Intervention Specialist

Ten warning signs of a potentially unsafe group/leader.
1. Absolute authoritarianism without meaningful accountability.
2. No tolerance for questions or critical inquiry.
3. No meaningful financial disclosure regarding budget, expenses such as an independently audited financial statement.
4. Unreasonable fear about the outside world, such as impending catastrophe, evil conspiracies and persecutions.
5. There is no legitimate reason to leave, former followers are always wrong in leaving, negative or even evil.
6. Former members often relate the same stories of abuse and reflect a similar pattern of grievances.
7. There are records, books, news articles, or television programs that document the abuses of the group/leader.
8. Followers feel they can never be "good enough".
9. The group/leader is always right.
10. The group/leader is the exclusive means of knowing "truth" or receiving validation, no other process of discovery is really acceptable or credible.

Ten warning signs regarding people involved in/with a potentially unsafe group/leader.
1. Extreme obsessiveness regarding the group/leader resulting in the exclusion of almost every practical consideration.
2. Individual identity, the group, the leader and/or God as distinct and separate categories of existence become increasingly blurred. Instead, in the follower's mind these identities become substantially and increasingly fused--as that person's involvement with the group/leader continues and deepens.
3. Whenever the group/leader is criticized or questioned it is characterized as "persecution".
4. Uncharacteristically stilted and seemingly programmed conversation and mannerisms, cloning of the group/leader in personal behavior.
5. Dependency upon the group/leader for problem solving, solutions, and definitions without meaningful reflective thought. A seeming inability to think independently or analyze situations without group/leader involvement.
6. Hyperactivity centered on the group/leader agenda, which seems to supercede any personal goals or individual interests.
7. A dramatic loss of spontaneity and sense of humor.
8. Increasing isolation from family and old friends unless they demonstrate an interest in the group/leader.
9. Anything the group/leader does can be justified no matter how harsh or harmful.
10. Former followers are at best-considered negative or worse evil and under bad influences. They can not be trusted and personal contact is avoided.

Ten signs of a safe group/leader.
1. A safe group/leader will answer your questions without becoming judgmental and punitive.
2. A safe group/leader will disclose information such as finances and often offer an independently audited financial statement regarding budget and expenses. Safe groups and leaders will tell you more than you want to know.
3. A safe group/leader is often democratic, sharing decision making and encouraging accountability and oversight.
4. A safe group/leader may have disgruntled former followers, but will not vilify, excommunicate and forbid others from associating with them.
5. A safe group/leader will not have a paper trail of overwhelmingly negative records, books, articles and statements about them.
6. A safe group/leader will encourage family communication, community interaction and existing friendships and not feel threatened.
7. A safe group/leader will recognize reasonable boundaries and limitations when dealing with others.
8. A safe group/leader will encourage critical thinking, individual autonomy and feelings of self-esteem.
9. A safe group/leader will admit failings and mistakes and accept constructive criticism and advice.
10. A safe group/leader will not be the only source of knowledge and learning excluding everyone else, but value dialogue and the free exchange of ideas.

Don't be naïve, develop a good BS Detector.
You can protect yourself from unsafe groups and leaders by developing a good BS detector. Check things out, know the facts and examine the evidence. A safe group will be patient with your decision making process. If a group or leader grows angry and anxious just because you want to make an informed and careful decision before joining; beware.

DICK STEPHEN IS ONE OF THE GREATEST HYPNOTHERAPIST IN THE USA

CHRIS BUTLER WAS CHASTISE BY HIS SPIRITUAL MASTER SWAMI BHAKTIVEDANTA FOR USING
THE "PSYCHIC SLEEP " MEDITATION ... A PROCESS WHERE DEVOTEES OF KRISHNA WOULD LAYDOWN RIGHT IN THE TEMPLE ROOM IN VARIOUS KRISHNA TEMPLES AND WHERE "HYPNOTISE " BY CHRIS BUTLER ...SWAMI BHAKTIVEDANTA WAS VER ANGRY WHEN HE HEARD THAT CHRIS BUTLER WAS USING "PSYCHIC SLEEP "
DICK STEPHEN EXPLAIN HERE VERY CLEARLY HOW DANGEROUS HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUES LIKE "PSYCHIC SLEEP " CAN BE USE TO BRAINWASH CULT FOLLOWERS .

I'm Dick Sutphen and this is a version
of a talk I delivered at the World Congress of Professional Hypnotists
Convention
So, to begin, I want to state the most basic of all facts about
brainwashing: IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF MAN, NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN
BRAINWASHED AND REALIZED, OR BELIEVED, THAT HE HAD BEEN BRAINWASHED. Those
who have been brainwashed will usually passionately defend their
manipulators, claiming they have simply been "shown the light" . . . or
have been transformed in miraculous ways.

Once a preacher, cult leader, manipulator creates
the brain phase to wipe the brain-slate clean, his subjects are wide open.
New input, in the form of suggestion, can be substituted for their previous
ideas. With the progression through each phase, the degree of conversion
becomes more effective and complete. The way to achieve conversion are many
and varied, but the usual first step in religious or political brainwashing
is to work on the emotions of an individual or group until they reach an
abnormal level of anger, fear, excitement, or nervous tension.

The progressive result of this mental condition is to impair judgement
and increase suggestibility. The more this condition can be maintained or
intensified, the more it compounds. Once catharsis, or the first brain
phase, is reached, the complete mental takeover becomes easier. Existing
mental programming can be replaced with new patterns of thinking and
behavior.

And, once you are in an alpha state, you are at least ....25 TIMES.... as suggestible as you would be in
full beta consciousness. The music is probably the same for every service,
or incorporates the same beat, and many of the people will go into an
altered state almost immediately upon entering the sanctuary on being in front of the cult leader
Subconsciously, they recall their state of mind from previous services or encounter and
respond according to the post-hypnotic programming.

Finally, someone who knows Tulsi Gabbard has come forward with concerns:

Allison Morris · Waialua, Hawaii

I served under Tulsi in the Hawaii Army National Guard. She was the worst Conmmander I ever had. Full of nice words but no action. Soldiers approached her and informed her of various harrassment issues and she turned her head and didn't do anything about them. We were unsure if she was incompetent or a coward, but she did nothing when the opportunity presented. She swept everything under the rug and catered to those who out ranked her. She is a master at saying the right things but has no action to back her words. I find it hard to believe that she cares about Hawaii and the issues that are out there. She cares about herself and that is it, what ever it takes for her to move forward, she will do.

ANOTHER EX MEMBER OF CHRIS BUTLER CULT TESTIMONIAL
I was obliged to worship Butler from birth ( and I got my spiritual name from Chris Butler ) I had to drink the water that had wash the feet of Jagad guru ... I was told many times that the nail clippings of CHRIS BUTLER were often mixed with the food I was served in that school. I finally ran away from home at the first opportunity (because the cult was putting pressure to send me to the Philipines school of Chris Butler. This forum should talk more about the history of Chris Butler for the younger generation do not know about Chris Butler life in the 60 and early 70

The later generation, especially those born in the cult have no clue or idea how this cult began. Chris Butler's personality is clothed in myth and mystery the older generation help propagate. And Chris Butler himself is quite good in sustaining the mystique and the secrecy by being aloof and eccentric. From birth, the children were conditioned to worship and to bow down to his picture without question. To inculcate to children that it is a great offense to question or sow fear to even doubt his divinity is a pure psychological rape, which damage can be hard to heal or maybe even irreversible with some. This is a pure child abuse and a valid social issue that sociologists, psychologists and policy-makers should be made aware of and help rectify among religious cults, so that children are free to question and given better options in life. Separating children from opposing parents, relatives and society by homeschooling and sending them overseas for further indoctrination is a violation of the U.N.'s charter of the rights of the child.

GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK Tulsi Gabbard HAVE YOU REALLY CHANGE YOUR VIEWS ON GAYS
OR ARE YOU BEING A SNEAKY POLITICIAN THAT HAS LEARN LESSONS BY THE TERRIBLE WAYS YOUR FATHER MIKE GABBARD TREATED AND WAS TREATED BY THE GAY COMMUNITY IN HAWAII ?
DO YOU STILL WORSHIP CHRIS BUTLER AS YOUR PARENTS STILL DO TO THIS DAY ??
Tulsi Gabbard asks voters to believe that she recently but honestly changed her position on many conservative ideologies and matters - just as she began her campaign for Congress. She conveniently is no longer anti-homosexual and supports same-sex marriage, has become a feminist and Pro-Choice, erased her past by divorcing her husband, cult member Eddie Tamayo (that marriage was arranged by Chris Butler), and legally changed her name from Tulasi to Tulsi (Tulasi was the sacred name given to her by Chris Butler upon initiation into his cult). There is no corroborating evidence of her transformation and we have only her own explanation that this epiphany was a result of her time in the military. One would suppose that military service makes a young person more conservative, not considerably more liberal. Do the Republicans know about this military threat to conservatism?

Her new position on these matters is diametrically opposed to the teachings of Science of Identity Foundation and in direct conflict with the core beliefs of all other members of this Chris Butler cult. Butler’s cult has excommunicated members who divorced, had sex other than for procreation or used contraception, who were gay (even if born into the cult and later discovered their orientation), or in any other way differed from Butler’s dogma. Why, then, is Tulsi Gabbard still a member, and still strongly supported by members, and continues to receive heavy contributions from those opposed to her positions, while no other member has changed his/her position on these subjects?
