Templar - please explain more about the financial difficulties - if only it were so! But I doubt it would ever come to pass. They have access to way too much dough. They are persistent and undeterred by problems and obstacles. They'll be around forever in some form or another, if not as Nxivm, they'll just morph into something else ...
