Since the sole owner of Xenu.net Andreas Heldal Lund had died some time ago, I think that the Cult Education Institute should mount efforts to acquire the domain and all of its materials so as to not let it fall into a link rot, because as far as I can see about, Xenu.net is a one-man operation and their domain will expire and taken over by squatters if it stays untouched and bills to renew the domain aren't paid.

CEI has its own Scientology archive no need to expand or include another domain name.

Sad that Andreas has passed away. He was a great guy, though I never met him face to face, his work regarding Scientology is impresive.
