Tim Guest in his book My Life in Orange mentions that his mother ran the Medina Commune in Suffolk. He reports that quite often elderly men would visit to initiate the young girls into sex.
He reports that just before a visit by inspectors certain photographs presumably of these children went missing.
A website about Ko Hsuan school in Devon states: “The school, where some teenage boys and girls share the same bedroom, is organised on communal lines and follows the teachings of the Indian guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.”
But Guest also reports that at this Osho school a 13 year old boy hung himself because his girl friend would not swap clothes with him. This incident was reported in The Times and finally resulted in the school being closed down.

Some Osho/Rajneesh loyalists ('sanyassins)
have been reportedly involved with a problematic commercial guru named Mooji aka Paul Moo Mooji.

Any guru, meditation teacher, yoga teacher with ANY known or discovered ties to Rajneesh/Osho's Pune ashram -- should raise one's eyebrows, at the very least.
Sanyassins were said to be involved in the global nomad scene, introducing use of the drug Ecstasy (DMT) to the trance party scene on Ibiza, in Spain.
Ecstasy lowers inhibitions.

Osho Ko Hsuan school closed because of the suicide of a 13 year old boy in a clothes swap sex game.
The director of the school at the time was a guy one Keith Bartlam.

Of all the roles I've had in my adult life this one at Ko Hsuan is the most challenging and the most fulfilling. I've never enjoyed what I do so much as I do here."
He and his staff would have been well aware of the sexual shenanigans that their teenage charges would have gotten up to - including swapping clothes in a sex game - if not having full blown underage sex in the co-ed dormitories. He / they would also have been well aware of adults visiting the school to initiate young underage girls into sex.

After the school was closed down Keith Bartlam was manager for Osho-based facilitator one Ma Ananda Sarita and her tantric sex organisation School of Awakening - now dissolved. This was based at a still active Osho commune in Devon - OshoLeela.

Reportedly OshoLeela has kids living in ‘families’ at the commune. Many sex-based workshops, retreats and festivals are still held there. The kids must be witness to and exposed to all kinds of sexual shenanigans.
This centre is also regularly visited by facilitators from the Dutch-based Osho Humaniversity organisation. This is even more extreme in its tenets than Medina or Ko Hsuan or even OshoLeela.

Unfortunately just about every Tantra and personal development workshop in the country, no in Europe, no around the world, is contaminated by the tenets of Osho and his cult followers.

This Keith Bartlam and his side kick Ma Ananda Sarita are a pair. They started in the U.K. a new venture Tantra Essence. It has an active website and organises tantric sex retreats and workshops around the world. However whilst still operating employing staff and taking money from intending participants it has actually been dissolved aka struck off See the respective PDF.

Hazards of Guru Ashrams - These Attract Sleazy Rootless People

"As one interviewee puts it, the (Rajneesh/Osho ashrams had something that attracted a certain kind of charismatic guy: “Free sex, and free sex with kids too.”
Corboy note: This is worth a close look. Ashram communities inculcate unconditional trust, foster idealism, discourage critical thinking.
It usually takes a lot of effort and expense to travel to the ashram and reside there.
Sincere, trustful sweet persons gravitate to ashrams and gurus.
As a result, opportunistic predator types will also gravitate to ashrams.
Why? Because where many many trustful persons congregate - that is where predators go to hunt their prey.
Even if a guru remains uncorrupted, he or she creates a setting that attracts unscrupulous persons.
It is not enough to know that gurus can be abusive and unsafe - the entire seekers' scene discourages critical thinking and inculcates blind trust and teaches us to distrust our gut instincts.
As a result, churches, retreat centers, ashrams, sanghas, etc do attract opportunists and the worst types of predator.
