Even if Christopher "Trinity" de Guzman and Marc Roland Shackman of Ayahyasca Healings were given a D.E.A. permit today, there remain major safety concerns. And in order to hold a permit they would need to radically change their business practices, which means they would make a lot less money.

Trinity fits the warning signs listed here [culteducation.com] He has many changes to make if he ever wants to accurately be defined as a healthy group leader. Answer questions clearly without punishing questioner, financial disclosure, true power sharing, no vilification of former followers, admit mistakes, accept criticism without claiming it is spiritual attacks. Pay his workers correctly, no exploitation. Trinity can have his professed beliefs, his bad behavior is what matters and needs to be corrected.

The larger national group run by James "Flaming Eagle" Mooney is engaged in a national push for legitimacy. Mooney lies about his genealogy and about his for profit motivation. People want to believe him, they want the drugs. But as recent legislation shows in states who have legalized cannabis - the drugs can be regulated and legalized without involvement of con artists and cult leaders.

Follow the money. Pay attention to behavior. Ultimately the beliefs aren't the issue - behavior is.

Christopher de Guzman's (Trinity) sermons are being used as smoke screens for what is actually happening.

Ayahuasca Healings is a money making operation disguised as a spiritual pursuit. Run by an experienced online marketer using emotional persuasion marketing. Using affinity fraud by preying on people with shared beliefs.

Find out where Christopher de Guzman of Burnaby Canada is (last believed to be in Peru), find out why he is not allowed into USA. Look into his finances, his paypal account, his accounting practices.

Talk with his former workers.

Verify before believing anything he says. Don't be fooled by the charismatic bait and switch. Follow the money. Focus on his behavior.

[www.facebook.com] Ayahuasca Healings is NOT legal Facebook group continues to include postings from former members and researchers. There are a variety of perspectives presented, I focus on what is most helpful. I appreciate the information found there.

Info on Christopher "Trinity" de Guzman's past online endeavors and current plans:

Quote

Bad news, now I am interested in Trinity. Trinity de Guzman must have an extensive background with the Elders to be able to lead these teachings. At least that would be my hope.
In 2011 he had a website called getyourgirlfriendbacksecret.com, that seems on point.
In 2012 he had one called studentcash101.com, very traditional stuff.
In 2013 he had fitnesslooggood.com pending as a website
Later in 2013 he had fitnessstrengthpower.com pending as a website
In 2014 he had safeforsingles.com pending.
There were some others.
Based on those sites I think he is well qualified to heal people.

You missed out meettrinity.com in which he claims to be the channel for a group of entities called The Teachers, and is able to put your questions to them.

"Our vision is to create 2 Ayahuasca Healing Churches a year, every year, until 2032, for a total of 30 Churches by the start of our New Golden Age. " Yeah, won't work unless he's as good as L. Ron Hubbard...lol...sheesh...

Worth reading through this FB regularly, for reports by former members and researchers. Folks also discuss terminology, motivations, a variety of differing perspectives are expressed.

Two established grifters in the niche market of pretendian cons fought over the rights to an energetic young golden kid grifter.

Paul H Dean aka Man Found Standing, a non native pretendian, initially offered protection to Christopher "Trinity" de Guzman and Marc Roland "Kumooja Banyan Tree" Shackman. Dean is running a relatively under the radar scheme. His website is not slick, he does not claim that his practices are currently completely legal, and the money requests are initially somewhat subtle.

Marc "Kumooja Banyan Tree" Shackman is the Principle Stone Carrier.

Marc then incorporated his own branch of Deans's group in Washington state.

Agent Name MARC SHACKMAN

James "Flaming Eagle" Mooney caught wind of this and realized he was about to lose a chance to own a golden boy money maker on the rise. Mooney interfered. He issued legal sounding cease and desist orders to Dean. Mooney told Trinity and Marc that he would be a much better mentor in the pretendian con game. Trinity and Marc were convinced.

Mooney made a wise strategic choice in his battle for turf. Trinity and Marc have energy and the desire to make money, however unethically. Mooney sold them an expensive membership. And now anyone who goes to an Ayahuasca Healings event must pay not only Trinity's exorbitant fees, they also have to each buy a $200 membership in Mooney's fraud group for the privilege.

Marc Roland Shackman "Kumooja Banyan Tree"'s "shaman" credentials are through Munay-Ki .

Munay-ki is not well regarded. It is expensive training in how to be a fake, mashing various cultures together in a disrespectful manner.

When Trinity claims that criticism is "energetic darts", he is claiming that we are acting as sorcerers (brujos) who intend to do harm.

Trinity also says "there are energies out there who don't want this to happen" - apparently dark forces working against the success of his scheme.

Researching, evaluating evidence, educating ourselves are all positive endeavors. Even if Trinity tries to claim otherwise.

This is in regards to the group Trinity's operation is a branch of. The traditional legitimate Native American Church is speaking out about James "Flaming Eagle" Mooney:

Oldest Native American Church to James Mooney: Marijuana Is Not Our Sacrament

ICTMN Staff
2/8/16
The following is an official statement from the Native American Church in regards to Flaming Eagle Mooney and Oklevueha.

The Native American Church of South Dakota (NACSD), is the oldest Native American Church within Lakota Territory and the State of South Dakota incorporated October 5, 1922. The NACSD is based within the boundaries of the Pine Ridge Agency – Oglala Sioux Tribe and serves its membership throughout the State and Lakota Territory.

As the oldest organization existing from Lakota ancestral linage and serving its Lakota members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe; the Native American Church of South Dakota presents this position:

— The Native American Church of South Dakota has no knowledge or existence of the Oklevueha Lakota Sioux Nation Native American Church;

— The Native American Church of South Dakota does not know James Warren Mooney;

— The Native American Church of South Dakota stands firm with the Fool Bull family against the misrepresentation of the Fool Bull Family name by the Oklevueha organization’s;

— The Native American Church of South Dakota does not condone the use of Marijuana as a sacrament of the Native American Church. The Native American Church of South Dakota’s cultural values & teachings along with its mission statement recognized the Holy Peyote as the only Sacrament of the Native American Church. The preservation of our Sacrament Peyote is standing true to what has been handed down to us as a Native American Church. It is a deep disrespect to Lakota NAC leadership/Elders/Wisdom Keepers who fought and died for our NAC ceremonial way of life to consider marijuana as a sacrament of the Native American Church.

Ask Christopher de Guzman / Trinity de Guzman / Trinity de la Cruz where all the money is going, and you get a long sales pitch and emotional sermon first. [ayahuascahealings.com] And then, you don't really get an answer.

Trinity claims that he does not take a salary. I believe he is playing a semantics game.

Trinity's for profit business is Your Highest Truth Healings Inc. DBA Ayahuasca Healings. In Burnaby, Canada.

He insists that money made off of AH are "donations" and that his exploited workers are "freelance contractors".

Yet he reportedly is living large, even though he had no visible income before this scheme, if you don't count his claims that he "manifests" everything with the super power of his mind.

He's travelled recently to Canada, France, Peru. His lady friend is from France, is she funding all this? Most likely Marc did not have money prior to this scheme, he recently went through bankruptcy.
