Hassan may have sent in his renewal a little late and they have not yet posted it, or there may be some other clerical error. Isn't it so?

Maybe. I don't know. It's still early. But if the lapsed status continues into next month it would certainly be appropriate.

Licensing board website now says license is "Current, License Scheduled To Be Printed" -

Per the link, clicking on it today, it looks like Mr. Hassan is licensed until 12/31/17.
