I am posting from UK since Jehovah's witness member had set Mosquito sound repeller near my flat.
I would like to know if anyone know Jehovah's witness use Mosquito to brain wash people (to control your idea.)?

Your neighbor probably is concerned about bugs.

There is no such thing connected to brainwashing or Jehovah's Witnesses.

The Mosquito sound repeller probably referred to here is a high pitched signal supposedly only audible to youths which acts as a deterrent to loitering teenagers.
Still not relevant but it's not directed at bugs but at feral youth, viewed as an increasing problem in the UK.
I've heard that it is not very effective.
