The article is certainly information and helpful.

Though nothing has changed struturally or through reforms at Twelve Tribes, it's important for the public to be educated about the group and "cults" like Twelve Tribes generally.

Good article.

The TT are a horribly evil, racist, sexist, and homophobic cult. I do not qualify this statement of mine with the politically correct "in my opinion", I state this as a FACT. This is simply a toxic and psychopathic group, and my heart goes out to all whose families and children are trapped within the TT Borg-like hive mind.

Also, I am afraid that after Yoneq and his consort eventually die, the TT will survive, and even thrive. This is not a group that will wither away after the deaths of its founders/leaders; in fact, I predict that they will get stronger yet. But I hope to God that I am wrong in this prediction.

Spriggs the leader is getting quit old and so is his inner circle. A major issue of the group is its aging membership. How to care for and provide for them.

Typically when the leader/founder dies a cult may ultimately wither away.

But some cults that have accumulated substantial assets and cash flow find a new leadership and soldier on. Some have evolved and changed becoming less harsh and more democratic.

The Twelve Tribes has a horrible history of abuse and bad behavior. The group controls millions of dollars in assets and has substntial cash flow through its many business interests. It remains to be seen what will happen once Spriggs is gone. There will be an internal shift of some kind as various people vie for power and control.

They already are vying for power and control, man. They already are making provisions for what will happen once Yoneq and his consort are gone from the scene, and in some respects they already have implemented those provisions. But for as long as Spriggs and his consort are still alive, then they are the undisputed leaders.

Yes.

Again, until Spriggs and his wife are gone they run the group.

When they are gone the leadership will change and perhaps devolve to something that is less than a one man single personality-driven group.

An acquaintance of mine runs it. I am not at liberty to disclose this person's identity, publicly. But I will tell this person of your query.
