[www.blogger.com] has an interview with the film's producer, Jamie Prater. Prater was himself abused at JPUSA while young. The site concerns happenings and events in the Chicago Uptown area where JPUSA is located. Not surprisingly, JPUSA is for the most part, reviled.

[www.kickstarter.com] is Jamie's site that has 5 excerpts from the film totaling about 25 minutes. 4 former members are interviewed.

Infuriatingly, Jon Trott and Eric Pement - JPUSA's own in-house and out-house (pun intended) apologists - are up to their usual tricks of spinning the crimes of JPUSA and it's demonically controlled leaders.

Trott ( or other JPUSA trolls ) appears to be getting comments deleted on this thread: [www.topix.com] and may attempt the same at this thread: [www.topix.com]

Pement pathetically chimes in on the comment section here: [www.midwestoutreach.org] , amazingly referring to sexual molestation as "sexual advances". ( My comments on Pement are posted there as well.)

PLEASE confront them on these sites! The leader of JPUSA, Dawn Mortimer, is in failing health. With her condition and the film coming out in July, JPUSA is in a precarious condition. NOW is the time to speak out and attack, attack, attack.

[www.kickstarter.com] has 2 new entries. The July 4 entry is a video segment of Jon Trott's 2 daughters, Tamzin and Tabitha. The last few seconds of the interview contain a telling comment about just how devoted to the JPUSA cult Jon Trott is.

Equally revealing are Jon Trott's comments here: [groups.able2know.org] where he goes by "Slacker 75". Apparently, Trott became fascinated by the infamous child-sex cult, The Children of God, and the idea of communal living when he was a pre-teen!

Also, ex-JPUSA member Eric Pement, the vice-president of Evangelical Ministries to New Religions ( [www.emnr.org] ), STILL endorses JPUSA. The fool needs to step down.

Disclaimer: I do not work for Jaime Prater, have only visited JPUSA for a few days in the past, but am infuriated with the crimes that have gone on there, just as I am infuriated over the crimes that go on at the cult I used to be in.

One thing I found out about JPUSA in the past 2 weeks is that there are many Christian counter-cult ministries that do NOT consider JPUSA a cult!
These ministries define cults along purely theological lines, meaning, if a group does not adhere to any belief that is contrary to the Bible, then that group is NOT a cult. There are many who say that since JPUSA does not adhere to non-Biblical beliefs it is not a cult.
That, my friends, is a steaming pile of crap.
How on earth can these "experts" ignore the RAPES and other CRIMES that have gone on at J-PUKE-A for nearly 4 decades?!! How can they ignore the social reengineering that has gone on within "families" there, and the inbred/blood-relative leadership that has covered up those crimes for nearly 4 decades?!
One such group of deluded individuals who ascribe to such lunacy are many of those who are a part of a Christian counter-cult umbrella group whose site is here: [www.emnr.org]
The vice-president of this org is Eric Pement , a former member of .......... wait for it.............JPUSA! Several of the officers and members of this group have also spoken at JPUSA's (now defunct) Cornerstone Festival.
IMO, the "theological" definition of a cult is a handy way for a few misinformed Christians to avoid having to explain the egg on their face, since no "cult expert" would want to explain why they have associated with a cult.
