Does anyone know if the IHOP (International House of Prayer) with Mike Bickle in Kansas is affiliated with the Vinyard group of Churches in OHIO?

Not per my understanding.
Bickle seems to be at the top of the food chain at IHOP, without any meaningful accountability.
