I’m new to this forum and I came across it when looking up ways to help my mother who has become severely brainwashed by divine will.

It started about 2 years and since then she has started to become very withdrawn from the family and society. She has a whole room stocked with food in case the world ends and now refuses to take communion at mass because it has been touched by a sinner. She has no refuses to go to my brothers wedding and told my other brother his wife and him weren’t welcome to sleep in the same bedroom. She has now said god comes first and essentially she will do anything to serve him… however, she also said it’s the members of the divine will who have advised her on these decisions.

We feel like we have lost our mother. Any advice we are desperate
