I recently renewed contact with a colleague who shared his interest in the subject of this post. I've looked at the websites he included ([members.shaw.ca][/color:08d9d91c71] or[/color:08d9d91c71] [lawrencenoyes.com][/color:08d9d91c71]) with the skepticism and discernment I ordinarily employ in these matters and confess I've not yet come up with any red flags. Does anyone have direct experience with this process via this "group" and, if so, what is your judgment about it?[/color:08d9d91c71]

Looks like a large group awareness training (LGAT) program.

This is similar to Landmark Education, Lifespring, NXIVM, Sterling and Impact Training.

To better understand the problems with such mass marathon training...

See [www.culteducation.com]

This research paper by a clinical psychologist explains in some detail why LGATs have a history of personal injuries, complaints and bad press. This incluses lists of "red flags" to specifically watch out for.
