You know, I've been thinking about Dave engaging his lawyer contacts to try to find a case for slander/defamation here on this site.

It's funny, but the worst thing I have ever seen here was written by a poster here called dsm. She is now a current poster on the JC Forum, with Dave's blessing. Her name there is littlerose, and she makes no secret that her real name is Denise Matteau, from Texas. She has a video channel too.

When she was here, she started accusing the Jesus Christians of being a front for terrorist cells in other countries. She kept on insisting that the Jesus Christians are dupes in recruiting jihad martyrs into the United States, to perform terrorist activities for Islam against the Catholic Church.

Every other poster here opposed her in this view. But she persisted.

That is the only instance I can recall here of someone posting something close to defamation.

All her posts of this nature were rapidly removed by Rick Ross. He saw that it was defamation too, and acted accordingly.

Yet the person who posted these things, littlrose, is now a regular member of the Jesus Christians Forum, and is waging an internet war against Rick Ross for his banning her because of her defamation of the Jesus Christians.

Go figure.

Tony B has replied to my question about the authorship of the Jesus Christians Teachings, as per Dave's claim that "a fair few" were not written by him. Tony says:

I think DaveJC was pretty wary about letting anyone write their own stuff. I got away with it while I was outside the community. But that was well over a decade ago. He used to consider that disciples would be puffed up with delusions of their own greatness if they distributed their own stuff.

Sure, some of them supposedly are not written by him. He write "articles" and not "teachings." The JCs, of course, would tell you that they do not live by DM's teachings, but by JESUS' teachings. Here's an example of an article that was purportedly written by somebody other than DM:

Of course, nothing like that would make it onto the website without DM's approval (and certainly not into print) and they're all just mimicries of DM, in terms of his worldview and style of writing anyway. His "fingerprints" are all over these articles.

I'm quickly realising it's almost impossible for Dave to have a civilised conversation.

I just wanted him to clarify the length of my ban. I was happy to return to the forum and reply to recent accusations made against me.
