That's a great idea. It definitely sounds like you're keeping things simple. I went to a gentle yoga class a few months ago taught by an older gentleman and it was the best yoga class I've had all year. I agree with a post I read on here that said that's what yoga is really meant to be. We don't have to do the more advanced poses to get the benefit from it.

This was helpful. I am also trying to be mindful, keep my depression/anxiety in check, and not get too obsessed with yoga or any other spiritual discipline. What do you do to stay grounded? I will need to work on raising my awareness when I do start up with yoga again to not get obsessive. I also do well if I take bits and pieces from things, versus following one thing to the letter, like a religion.
