An interesting assessment, and one which could also apply to many other cults and cult leaders.

Apparently Universal Medicine is behind an event called "The Girl to Woman Project". Pictures I've seen of previous events show very young girls daubed in excessive make up.

You can see them here: [www.facebook.com]

Surely anyone who cares about the development of girls would be helping them to cherish their youth free from the sexualisation that so much of society tries to force on them? Painting them up in this way is vile.

Has anyone ever heard of a 'religion' that runs a before and after advertising campaign? You know, this was me before I joined Universal Medicine and this is me NOW! Somehow as if joining a ‘religion’, starving yourself, becoming more frightened of dairy and coffee than Beelzebub himself, and endlessly paying thousands of dollars (new books, new retreats, new tapes, new courses, new words, new gluten free eye pads or even just the same retreats over and over and over again –with new clothes) will actually make you younger, wiser and levitate down the street. No? That’s because when we join a real religion we’re not joining to worship the amazing powers of the bloke up the front. Nor do we join because we think we’re going to look thinner and younger and end up looking like Scarlett Johansson. Nor do we join so that we can levitate down the street above the pranic masses. We join true religions to share what is basically an experience in humility that comes with the recognition of a higher glorious power. Whatever you want to call that power or being or oneness or whatever. Not a mere individual mortal named Serge Benhayon, who appears to have more sub-personalities than Kevin, and who has now been taken over by Svengali!

The fundamental deception in all of this is that while Universal Medicine cult ‘students’ continually bang on about God, brotherhood (sic), love, feeling into the Self, honouring the Self, yet all the while every word, every thought, every action and every deed is totally dedicated to Svengali. So the greatest deception is that they are in ‘truth’ worshipping at the feet of a Cult Leader. This is objectively undeniable based on the evidence of what is happening - not what is said to be happening. So when as few as a hundred odd (pun intended) people stare glassy eyed at him walking up and down on the stage, in rapt fascination, like watching the tennis ball at Wimbledon, hanging off every gesture, furiously scribbling down notes to record every precious word – that’s worshipping the man. So when you only read the books that SB has written, when you only think the thoughts he thinks, when you are psychologically addicted to endless SB workshops… you are not going to a church to honour God or yourself, guess what (!) you are addicted to a Cult leader. When you suddenly start feeling into yourself the truth after, but never before, Svengali announces it, you are not acting ‘in truth’, you are acting like a Lemming and by definition, going to a cult gathering to worship the cult leader Svengali - out the front!

This raises the question, why invest so much in what is so obviously a deception? Perhaps it’s because the deception about WHAT is happening is disguising WHY ‘students’ join. If the women (mainly) admitted that they actually were cult members they would necessarily need to ask themselves the question, why have I joined a cult and how did I come to be so deceived? They would then, just as necessarily, arrive at answers that are objectively available in their behaviour as cult members. That is, they didn’t trust their own ability to make decisions in the world, they felt valueless and unimportant, they felt afraid and alone and not-good-enough, they perhaps felt basically ugly and unwanted. Why else the endless and monotonous chanting from the painted ladies? Not Om, but announcing to the world how b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l they are. All accompanied by EFT chest patting? Who are they trying to convince if not themselves? So the cult provides a painted artificial remedy to this entirely human experience, but in an egotistically twisted way. They are not just merely good enough - THEY ARE VERY-VERY SPECIAL AND CHOSEN. And why? BECAUSE SERGE SAYS SO THAT’S WHO! No surprise then the deification of the SB. It wouldn’t do at all if they had had a nobody, with only one personality, like Joe Blow the Bottlo, announcing how special they were. That just wouldn’t cut it. Nor even if the local priest, rabbi, mufti or monk said it. Can you imagine some nutter running around the streets of Goonellabah shouting out, “I’M SPECIAL, I’M B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, I’M CHOSEN. JUST LIKE THE OTHER 2 BILLION BUDDHISTS, CATHOLICS, MOSLEMS, JEWS ETC in the world”!

This core deceit provides the poisonous foundation for every other act within the ‘brotherhood’ (sic) of Universal Medicine. Deception becomes the modus operandi. To pick one example lets unpack the before and after recruitment campaign. This is how it works. Svengali calls for 'students' to bring in their 'worst photo - the photo they hated most about themselves'. So the student's bring in all these tired, exhausted candid photos, taken at time where they were at a low ebb or maybe just at a really bad angle with unfortunate expressions, or experiencing a bad time. Then the ESO mice arrange for students to have paid-off UM sycophants take studio photos, with professional hairstyling and makeup, while the doey-eyed dolts buy brand new expensive outfits. Soft lights, filters and heaps of photo-shopped images later and what do you have? The Flawless images, deceptively representing the changes that life as a Universal Medicine Cult member brings, the glossy Eso-Ageing books, basically just showing Mutton dressed up as Lambs! It’s magic! Especially when you have a group of other free thinkers right there collectively chanting how beautiful you are! How beautiful I am, I am beautiful. My God, such flawless photography could make Atilla the Hun look attractive!

But does anyone actually believe that when they buy a McDonald's hamburger it actually looks like the photos on the wall? So why is it such a shock when a ‘student’ makes a public appearance and the world gets to see what they really look like? And why is it shock when, away from the other free-thinkers and the endless gentle-speak, that we see them continually acting aggressively, looking depressed, anxious and lifeless? It must be the power of real media and real change!!

And, if beauty comes from within, why all the makeup? Why all the deception around how people actually look? Why an obsession with looking a particular way that has been normatively idealised by the fashion industry? Why this compulsion to dress mutton up as lamb? OR even worse and far more dangerous still, the practise of painting-up under-aged girls as teenage Barbies and then hypocritically using those images on the web to promote UM-related activities. Unbelievably, the same activities by the very same people publicly opposing young girls’ exploitation on the web!

Then again, we could also ask the question, why does the Shifty-Shape Changer of Goonellabah need advertising at all? Shouldn't a 'religion' stand on its own merits? If Buddha or Muhammad or Christ returned do you think that they would need a slick advertising campaign to gain followers? Or would they simply be and that would be enough to have millions flock to learn?

The answer to these questions objectively lies in the extrinsic and intrinsic dishonesty of all these activities. That is, the ‘religion’ of Universal Medicine advertises and perpetuates nothing truthful except the twisted self-deception that lies at its heart.

And that deception is not just limited to media advertising. It is embodied and enacted in every cult member in every social interaction. For example, in the unfortunate times that cult members are mingling with non-cult members, they present a self that appears to be such a grand representation of gentleness, kindness and love. They’re full of it. But meanwhile what they are really thinking is that you’re a poor, dumb- f*#k Pranic pleb, possibly possessed by demonic entities! However, they carefully avoid sharing their inner thoughts with any of their pranic fellows. Nor do they draw anyone’s attention to how they are the chosen ones following the one and only truth, how Jesus has returned up there at Goonellabah, and how enlightened and fiery they are to be in UM (unlike everyone else etc etc), how Serge makes the only true love in the world or any of their other bizarre nonsensical beliefs. Oh no, that wouldn’t do at all. For a start, they would quickly discover how unlovable and unvalued these arrogant thoughts are. But even more importantly it would give the game away too soon. After all, inculcation into UM is conditional on a slow and incremental erosion of critical thought precisely proportional to existential dependence on the collective. If you don’t believe me see what happens if one of the ‘student’s is kept away from the collective. This strategy would be completely undone if a prospective student suddenly knew the whole truth before their rationally objective defences were destroyed by psychological dependency.

For this reason too it comes as no surprise that the recruiters deceptively sneak around infiltrating local organisations, on the same mission of showing and sharing the fiery light with their misguided, less wise fellows. Or how they promote ‘Eso’ activities, run by Universal Medicine students, all secretly aimed at showing the Way, The Truth and the Light according to the Pineapple King - without once letting on that it is in anyway related to Universal Medicine! Never once openly speaking the truth of how they truly feel about the Pranic masses, or of their other cultish beliefs, to their ignorant Pranic brothers and sisters. Just in case a new recruit can be added to swell their dwindling number and therefore help their Atma and improve Karma in the next life. All the while the Sermon from the 7th book of Ageless Bullshit talks about the importance of ‘integrity’! Poor, sad, foolish disciples. Now that’s a special kind of integrity isn’t it?

So why then does a ‘religion’ need to run a McDonald’s style advertising campaign? In truth, it’s because they are really in the ‘business’ of making money by selling soggy wilted hamburgers to make people feel ‘special’ and well. I think we all know why McDonald’s won’t show real photos of their hamburgers and in truth that’s the real reason Flawless and deceptive photos head the recruitment campaign. In truth what we have here is the True Seer of the Modern Age, making millions of dollars out of sad, gullible and misguided people, who have joined a Cult to give their lives some false shiny meaning. Or ethically, and far worse, the old Svengali making millions from the sick. Given the above, it goes without mention that there’s no honesty in reporting the numbers that have died regardless of the healer’s healer. Please if you’re sick, remember that the only people that have saved your life thus far are in the medical profession. Those who have spent years of sacrifice studying. Please don’t be seduced by the deception and lies of SB, self-deluded cult master of Universal Medicine.

This is an incredibly tragic segue into our next topic folks. Namely, why the uneducated Goonellabah Philosopher’s Philosopher and Healer’s Healer and Christ returned and so on and so on also needs to be the Scientist’s Scientist and why that’s just so ridiculous.

A UM associated doctor has been investigated by the NSW Medical Council and reprimanded for his conduct in relation to referrals of a patient to UM therapists. The media has rapidly picked up the story. Full reports can be found here:

The Guardian Newspaper

The Northern Star

EchoNet Daily

The doctor in question, Dr Samuel Kim, is now required to adhere to several conditions in relation to this investigation. The outcome cannot be viewed as anything other than a complete dressing down for the doctor and Universal Medicine. It is now on record that Universal Medicine "affects an attitude which conventional medicine abandoned in the 19th century". This is something many of us have known for a long time, but is now in black and white for the rest of the world to see.

This group is dangerous, damaging and to be avoided at all costs.

Thank you HerbertKane178, reading your notification was enough to make me put down my Pina Colada and move away from the pool.

The questions before us is, is the Pineapple King the Scientist's Scientist? Or in other words, is there any science in Universal 'Medicine'? The short answer is don't make me laugh. The longer answer, which is actually not that much longer, is definitively and definitely NO!

So while the travelling Snake Oil Salesman can make all sorts of claims to science and try to authorise and legitimise the money-making machine as being scientific it is demonstrably not science. How can we be so sure? Isn't this debatable? No, not at all. This is because science is defined in terms of its scientific method. And while there are all sorts of debates about many aspects of the nature of what counts as scientific method (e.g. positivism vs feminism) there is universal agreement that a necessary condition for science is TRANSPARENT CRITICAL PEER REVIEW. In other words, a necessary condition for anything to be claimed as science is that the research and the research findings need to go under the fine critical microscope of the world's community of scientists and any other interested stakeholder.

This is not what happens with the Pineapple King's palava. On the contrary it appears any critique is immediately met with personal vilification, assaults in the street, threatening legal letters and court suits. It also seems that Local newspapers for example can not publish criticism because they have become highly wary of being accosted in their car parks by mobs of aggressive UMers, pillorying them for publicly questioning the second coming of the Goonelabah Christ. Can you imagine if a scientist published a critique of another scientist's work only to be met with a law suit or a gang of puppets turning up at their place of work being threatening and abusive? No? You can't imagine that? Well that's precisely why the Snake Oil salesman isn't a scientist and why UMer palava isn't scientific.
And that's before we even go into the objective fact that the Snake Oil salesman doesn't actually transparently report any evidence. For example, how many followers has he healed and how many followers have died regardless of the snake oil? Never published, doesn't happen! Of course there was that one laughable attempt of scientific nonsense where they 'scientifically' conducted pre and post tests on 'subjects' to, guess what?, prove the validity of Cranio-sacral pulse treatment (apparently, guess which egotist has the highest Cranio-sacral pulse ever? Need a clue? Well he's also the Philospher's Philosopher, the Healer's Healer, the greatest lover of all time and ... well you get the picture). The fact that the subjects were all universal medicine puppets didn't seem to bother the Goonellabah 'Scientist's' scientific critical reflection one bit. Nor the fact that there was no scientific control. Of course a control would be hard to produce here because you would probably need some other self-appointed Svengali to conduct their own 'scientific' test in similar circumstances. And if there's one thing we know is that these snake oil prophets don't like getting together. So I guess that is out the question. Mind you, wouldn't that be a delight to watch a number of different Svengalis' and their cadre's of 'true' followers get together to have it out once and for all about who was the 'real' Messiah? I'd pay good money to watch that!

But anyway, getting back to the 'science' of Cranio-sacral treatment. This kind of ridiculous scientific mockery is the inevitable result of zealotry. You see, Science starts off with the position that we don't and probably can't know the truth of reality. The best we can hope for is to come up with explanations that get us closer to describing that reality. So the starting point is that this ISN'T the absolute truth its just possibly a more accurate description than what we had before. So there's a real humility in that. This is absolutely antithetical to the ridiculous scientific posturing coming from the poorly educated Puppet Master, which has a STARTING point that they already know the truth. They just have to convince you too! Because that's what you do when you have the truth. And because that's not actually scientifically possible they then have to use anything or anyone, especially highly educated yet emotionally vulnerable academics (as evidenced by the court case of Dr Kim. More of them to come in the future I'm sure) to shore up that subjective conviction. This of course includes self-contradictory claims of science, or, just as inevitably, it includes persecuting anyone who says otherwise (because by definition if they have the truth then anyone critiquing that must either be (a) ignorant (in which case we have some snake oil for them) or (b) willful blasphemers, evil, detractors (sound familiar?). The point is that all of this zealotry is by definition not scientific.

So we're back to the short answer. Is the Pineapple King, or any of those poor lost souls selling the snake oil, scientific? Don't make me laugh.

Thanks for reading this folks. The next subject will address the question, is there anything valuable in UM palava or is it just ethically, morally and legally corrupt?

Initially this site was opened in January of 2012 by HerbertKane178, worried about his wife and the influence she had come under because of a group called Universal Medicine.

Numerous individuals have come to this site since, trying to get honest information on Universal Medicine, it's founder Serge Benhayon, family and student body of recruiters. Universal Medicine practices, place it quite firmly in the cult category.

Attempting to do this in a light-hearted way does not diminish the fact that there is absolutely nothing light-hearted about a loved one falling prey to this cult.
For all the new viewers questioning the changes in loved ones, since their introduction to Universal Medicine or any of the splinter recruitment groups, here are some key indicators, to notice. A very convincing argument indeed that your loved one has come under the influence of a damaging cult. (It isn't necessary to display all of the indicators, but most will certainly be there).

* Personality changes

* Dramatic shifts of values or beliefs.

* Changes in diet or sleep patterns.

* Refusal to attend important family events.

* New friends, disassociation from long term friends.

* Inability to make decisions without consulting a Cult Leader or Guru.

* Sudden use of new ideology to explain everything.

* Black and white, simplistic reasoning.

* New vocabulary

* Insistence that you do what they are doing.

As with any disease, early detection and professional support may minimize further harm to the individual, and/or their loved ones.

Heartfelt sorrow at your stories, all grist for the Pineapple King's mill unfortunately.

Sorry no PM's, however this may answer some collective questions.

'If you do some studying of how cults gain the trust and loyalty of their members, you will see that the machinations that the psychopath uses to lure you into the relationship are NO DIFFERENT.
Why the "Love Bombing" stage is the most dangerous phase of the Psychopathic bond.'

But the esoteric women in UM are so lovely, you say.
But the esoteric women in UM are so gentle and supportive, you say.
But the esoteric women in UM are so kind, you say.
But the esoteric women in UM are so helpful and willing to drive out of their way to pick you up and take you to support meetings, you say.

When you are listened to like never before, gently arm stroked and smiled at with unnerving eye contact, don't be deceived. This is a recruitment tactic used by all cults. The Smiling Assassin of Goonellabah is the Master of this technique and has trained his recruiters well. You see the "students' are given a quota, the more 'pranic' souls they recruit by sharing their 'fiery' light, the better the students 'Atma' which in turn improves their Karma for a better life next time around. Simple, 'do you get it?'(!) The pity of this type of pyramid selling is the students don't even get free a Tupperware container for this lifetime!

So look out for the Love Bombing.

As soon as any interest is shown by the recruits,
they may be love bombed by the recruiter or other cult members. This process of feigning friendship and interest in the recruit was originally associated with one of the early youth cults, but soon it was taken up by a number of groups as part of their program for luring people in. Love bombing is a coordinated effort, usually under the direction of leadership, that involves long term members' flooding recruits and newer members with flattery, verbal seduction, affectionate but usually non-sexual touching, and lots of attention to their every remark. Love bombing - or the offer of instant companionship - is a deceptive ploy accounting for many successful recruitment drives.

There are always questions that come to mind when thinking of JC reincarnated, living in a small town in Australia called Lismore.
Why Lismore? - Big Fish, Small Pond?
Why Frome? - Like Lismore close to 'alternate' capital of UK. Nimbin + Glastonbury. Nuttters are welcome, even expected, sorry meant accepted.
Why JC? - Had good PR to pave the way?

Then we have Serge's PR:
The Healer's Healer...pity he isn't the 'people's' healer, then there wouldn't be such a distressing rate of mortality within the student body.

The Philosopher's Philosopher...well, Aristotle, I guess who ever declared that one, didn't understand that Philosophy is an 'academic' discipline. It requires more intelligence than simply being able to read the directions on the Dulcolax box the night before.

That leads us directly to the Writer's Writer...More questions!
Do you think the Dean of the University knows that one of his Lecturers doesn't believe that good and true writing requires any grammatical knowledge or coherent and legible writing. Better still - do the students know that any assignment written on the loo qualifies for a HD!

The Lover's Lover, now was that a personal reference from Casanova himself? Or perhaps his young virgin wife after indoctrination?

I have wondered of late, that there seems to be one vitally important reference missing from this impressive lineup.
How about one of the students finds and contacts Peter Foster. I'm sure he would be only too happy to recommend Serge Benhayon as the Conman's Conman!
