Interesting forum Indeed!

I'm new to this forum so I'd like to take the time to say hello.

This article appeared in the local paper this afternoon. Hard to understand how rational and intelligent people can fall for this stuff.

Some of Rabbi Schneerson's followers(Chabad Lubavitch Chasidic movement) also expected him to be resurrected immediately. What constitutes "rational and intelligent" is debatable. If you believe that God can be incarnated in human form, or that he can abrogate the laws of nature, then it seems that almost anything is possible.

While we are on the subject of frontier stuff; there is a ghost town not far from Tombstone known as Sunnyside. It was a communal settlement of a group known as the Donnelites; don't know how much of a cult they were though.
