Until Joe and Trevor and the rest go home to their families, then IMO the general public is best off with Dave and Cherry's location and present activities being monitored and in the public record.

I think restaurants have to pay extra to get their used oil collected and removed, you can't just put it out for the usual bin collection. Someone offering to take it for free would probably also have a grateful chip-fryer willing to load it into the van as well.

I don't think Dave McKay and Cherry would need any extra support--these are practised conmen and quite used to manipulating their own way through life at others expense. That's not going to change just because they are older, in fact playing the doddery old couple in need of a helping hand is just an added wrinkle to their scheming ways.

I think you have a strange stereotyped idea of older people--- we've had a 79 year old woman running a massive loansharking operation lately. They don't all sit at home and knit after 60.

So how much would a bus cost? (to buy, not to run)

I'd be very surprised if they're not travelling around with Ross, Barry, Christine and Rob. They may not be sharing the same vehicle but I imagine they're in the vicinity.

They're old and sickly. Somebody's got to be helping them, that's all I am saying here.
