Chabad Lubavitch does outreach to non-Jews as well as to Jews. It's part of their "sheva mitzvahs B'nei Noach" program.
(Seven commnandments of the sons of Noah). Basically, they believe that all of the world's populace, as sons and daughter of Noah, are obligated to keep 7 of the ten commandments. (An exception is keeping the Sabbath which is only for Jews).
And this is the tip of the iceberg because the seven commnandements lead to a total of 66 or so wider commandments and where does it end?
And why is this dynasty, which doesn't really believe in their own balony, pushing the whole trip? It doesn't add up to me.
(Except in "dollars and cents" which is what they're after).
The last time Jews did evangelization was 2K years ago t the time of the Greek occupation. Many Hellens converted to Judaism and many Jews assimilated. Then persecutions of Jews started and many of the converts left Judaism and even more Jews assimilated causing a double attrition rate.
