Can someone tell me what a tattoo with an upside down Christian cross and a circle around where the wood crosses means. Someone said it was Satanic. Someone else said it was gang related meaning I will kill anyone who double crosses me. Any ideas?

Sounds like a Celtic cross tattoo. Why upside down? Who knows. Tattoos are just a good way to contract Hepatitis C.
