I think hate is a very basic emotion. The difference is who is doing the hating.

If someone assaulted you unjustly in any way shape or form it would be rediculous not to defend yourself. In order to defend yourself you must first require an emotion of fear or hate of what is being done. Survival mode kicks in.

Obviously if the person is a non loving soul full of dark intentions their hate is coming from a mode of distruction and taking out those who are caring and loving toward their fellow humans. Hate crimes then occur as a result. Hate becomes an addiction or rather the fuel for their destructive work.

Hate-it's all relavent to who's doing the hating. Pure and simple.

It’s the opposite of love. It is an unhealthy emotion, unavoidable but destructive. To nurture hate brings no benefit but only numbs the heart to love. So when fire of hate comes on, pour the water of love on it. Love benefits all. Love makes us happy.. Hate makes us miserable.

hate is the opposite of love.
True, real, genuine love is bliss.
Therefore, hate is the opposite.
It destroys the possibility of coming to taste real love.
