"A judge has denied a new trial for the Aryan Nations, a decision that allows the winners of a $6.3 million judgment to take control of the neo-Nazi group's rural compound. First District Judge Charles Hosack also declined Thursday to reduce the size of the judgment and rejected the defendants' contention that their right to hate was protected by the constitution. The defendants were liable for the actions caused by their hate, Hosack wrote."

"Springfield, Ill. -- A federal court dealt another blow Tuesday to a white supremacist's hopes of practicing law. The court said denying Matthew Hale a law license did not violate the First Amendment. U.S. District Judge John Darrah ruled there is no legal reason to overturn the Illinois State Bar's decision to deny the license. The bar first denied Hale a license in 1998. Hale leads the segregationist World Church of the Creator."

"London -- The government won an appeal Tuesday to ban Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan from Britain on the grounds that his political views were a threat to public order.
Three judges sitting in the Court of Appeal said the government decision to ban the activist was based on fears that his 'notorious opinions'' might provoke disorder."

"Charleston, W.Va. -- The white-separatist author of 'The Turner Diaries,' the 1978 novel said to have inspired Timothy McVeigh, is going after a new, young audience with a record label specializing in racist and anti-Semitic rock. William Pierce, 67, leader of the National Alliance, is using the Internet to promote his label, Resistance Records -- 'The soundtrack for white revolution.' Although Pierce, who bought Resistance Records in 1999, will not disclose the label's earnings, sales have been good enough to allow his National Alliance to expand into video production. The Anti-Defamation League estimates that Resistance Records receives 50 orders a day, at an average of $70 each. That would make gross revenue of about $1.3 million a year." Assoc. Press
